Yeah, that's great, but Cyberpunk was always planned for the current gen, so nothing has changed. It's not like halfway through development the decision was made to also bring it to ps4 and xbox one. Development for those consoles was always going to be hellishly difficult. But the numbers of gamers who own those systems make them a necessity for earning profits. I'm patient, I can wait. I'm still hyped for Cyberpunk, but I'm one of the people who will be waiting until there is a fully optimized version for either ps5 or series x before I play it, so I was willing to be patient for a very long time now.

I secured pre-orders for both....the series x for gamepass (I skipped the xbox one this gen and went with ps4 only) and dolby atmos in games, as well as being the device that will be my primary media streaming box and 4k blu ray box, given it's support for dolby vision hdr, atmos, dts:x, auro 3d (I think), imax enhanced (I think), etc. The ps5 is for Sony's tremendous exclusives. They are not supporting atmos, but bringing their own proprietary sound engine, which is not supporting ...
I am concerned that somebody will fail to deliver my next gen console on launch day.....

What should make you "flinch" is the fact there are zero, zero, I'll say it again, zero xbox first party studio games launching anytime soon. Halo in 2021 might be all there is for 2021, and it's not looking so great. According to Microsoft's own statements at the July conference, everything else is in early development, even Forza, so.......maybe you should be flinching?
