I am excited for this. Felt the first game was kind of underrated. The camera was a mess, but overall a strong game.
No use for a small tablet. So yeah.
No, it is seriously depressing. Games look terrible. Damn shame their developers are stuck with this hardware.
Strongly disagree. Hooking a Switch up to a 4k tv is about as depressing as it gets.
Oh please. The best versions of their games are Emulation ports lol. Sad state of affairs right there. Their hardware is so bad people are breaking laws to play the games on decent hardware.
It definitely offers developers the best hardware to make games on right now as far as consoles go. Let's see where they take it.
Yeah, but I would add Jet Set Radio Future and Buffy the Vampire Slayer to that list.
True, when I read about it I just said.. meh. It is a bit evil though, hence the very fast response to fix
yep, as an owner since launch it makes no sense to me. Although I never got the Wii popularity either.
I mean, it is great but I am not expecting it to sell all that well. Most users still have 1080p TV's at this stage. Xbox One S should outsell the X this holiday. NVidia's highest end cards are never their best sellers either. Although it is still the best experience.
Of the ones I own, I would rank them
1. Xbox One elite
2. Xbox One, normal, latest gen
3. Scuf Infinity
4. Nintendo Pro
5. Dualshock 4
While I agree that Zelda and Mario are amazing, I do not like the Switch at all. Do the right thing Nintendo. Release these games on capable hardware. They deserve better.
Yep, this is the future of gaming. Maybe even quicker iterations. Have to in order to keep up with the trends. I buy a new phone every year. I upgrade my PC at least every 2 years. And technically PC is already way ahead of Xbox One X. But as far as consoles go it is the best available right now.
Luckily most of the Xbox games are on PC where we can play them in 4k. But there were a few that fell under this. Sunset Overdrive for sure. Love that game but the performance and resolution were awful. Should have been on PC as well as Xbox. Exclusives suck.
Not sure, but I do know that Minecraft sells more than any other video game. The only game that has sold more than Minecraft in history is Tetris, another game that wasn't exclusive to anything.
The art and animations are good in some cases, like Uncharted. But the graphics as far as fidelity suck. For example Uncharted 4 is running at 1440 on the Pro. I would never accept that on my PC. And Persona 5 which was my favorite PS4 game this year caps out at 1080p which is rather embarrassing. Unless of course you use the PC emulator, the best version.
I am primarily a PC gamer, but I own and use all consoles. I have to because of stupid exclusives forcing me to use their POS hardware.
Disagree. Especially if you are on a budget. EA Access and Xbox Game Pass will both offer more games at better prices.
The PS4 Pro does not come with VR. That is an additional hundreds of dollars. And honestly it sucks as a solution. Worst currently available. And both Xbox and PS4 support external HDD. As for the community, they are both huge. Consumers would never know anything more than they are tons of people online.
After playing Halo 5 in 4k, I am so ready for Halo 6. Although my most anticipated games for 2018 are Anthem and Red Dead 2. If I was MS I would focus on making sure the best versions of those games are on the Xbox Brand.
