I dont understand why people think its impossible for a game to check the hardware in the system and adjust accordingly. Its not as if they would have to chose one or the other. Its not as if PC developers have to make a game strictly for one piece of hardware. Most are adjustable, so why not a console game?

I guarantee you I could name over a hundred songs in my library. Its quite easy to do when you have 8000+ songs with most being the music you love the most.

Microsoft may be worth investing into in a few months. Although Windows 8 isnt doing so well at the moment, if the rumors about Windows Blue are true, adoption rate may go up a decent amount. Of course there's Windows 9 at some point in the future. Invest at a low price while Windows 8 is doing terrible, and watch the price rise when Windows Blue and/or Windows 9 is rumored and on the way.

I just read the article and I saw no mention of GFLOPs anywhere. So I dont know where you pulled that 24GFLOPs spec from. Everything I have ever read has said the Wii could do about 16GLOPs.
Wii - 15.75 GFLOPs total, Broadway CPU: 2.85 GFLOPs + Hollywood GPU: 12.9 GFLOPs
If Nintendo did say the Wii U had 21-22x the processing power of the Wii that would be around 330GFLOPs. Which is right around the 360s 355GFLOPs.

I think the breach itself was enough of a fine since companies generally pay a hefty amount after a breach to cover fines, legal costs, rebuild their image, and keep customers.

Strange things have been known to happen. Of course that was back in '95, and they made a couple mistakes such as not informing developers of the launch so they could have games ready, and the lack of wide-spread internet meant a 20-30 ...
