That`s good, maybe there will be some good use of the sixaxis besides of Lair and Warhawk finally. What`s more important to be is to see a solid 60fps and a high graphics level, as i would take that over sixaxis controls any day.

I only Sony could get the price of the PS3 down in Europe soon too, i`ll pick up UT3 with a PS3 :)

I honestly get a bad feeling from this, because as cool as Psycho Mantis would be to fight again, how are they going to top the previous one where you had to change the control-ports, so that he couldn`t read your mind ?

Am i the only one who got a kind of Spiderman 3 feel, where they just cram in too much bosses to please the fans, but turn out to do just the opposite ?

Maybe i`m just scared to face Raven again too, he was frightening...

Agree on that. I think it will too, but not until 2008 sometime.

to show the potential of the PS3 Eye Toy (i`m sure the rpg-card freaks will find it fun though), and i don`t think a rpg-card game will show what it`s all about. The Singstar-support is ok too, but they need something else in addition.

The Eye Toy on PS2 was pretty cool when it came out, but i grew tired off it pretty fast, so i hope they have some more lasting concepts than last time. Still nothing like truing it for the first time, great fun and something to show off to visit...

I guess it`s another bad EA game that`s coming out. I thought they might be on to something with MoH: Airborne, although one should always be sceptical of EA games (with the exception of the Criterion one`s) since they usually disappoint in my opinion. Makes me a bit nervous how Army of Two will turn out as well.

In the review they bring up that every mission starts with one guy next to you barfing and one that get shot in the head or something, so it just sounds like it`s to r...

Hmm, if you`re right about that Ninja Theory-Studio Cambridge connection, a statement by Jamie Macdonald from Sony, that said Studio Cambridge developed Heavenly Sword wasn`t as wrong as i presumed.

Can`t say i`ve heard about any game Studio Cambridge for PS3, so i was starting to wonder what they were up to, but if they are working with Ninja Theory that could explain it. Hope they`re working on some "own" games too though, they are a great developer. You don`t happe...

I`ll have to agree with that. The flame-effects needs work, it just looks weird with the rest of the environment.

The linear level stuff is a bit worrying too, because the main problem i had with Killzone 1 was it`s lack of depth in the gameplay. It still could be okey though, as long as they have more variation in the game, it can be linear.

If they could have a good multiplayer and a stabile fps this time around, that would be great. I don`t see them accompli...

So it`s a bit hard what to make of the score for me, i don`t it will score this high with IGN and GameSpot due to it`s lack of singleplayer to be honest. I don`t think it will score as high in the graphics-section either.

But from what i`ve heard of those who played the beta, it seems like a very funny game and worth a buy. If you don`t need the headset, it`s also half the price if i remembered correctly, so it`s also sounds like good value to me (something Microsoft should hav...

Yeah, that could be true Ju (and it rimes too). I think the main intention of it was to make their preview stand out from the rest of the bunch though, as there are many other previews of Ratchet and Clank around now.

"Right now, every other major game-news outlet on the planet is telling you about the trip they took down to developer Insomniac's headquarters last week to play Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction."

I think it`s to make it st...

that if this was the "best" top five reasons about the game they could come up with, then Ratchet and Clank don`t have that much to worry about, aside from the sixaxis complaints.

Well, i would have to say no to the previews themselves, which are usually very positive as i said in the comment above.

But for the comments hell yeah. All kind of fanboys like to flame the game in the newstory. Just get used to it, and if they get too annoying, just attack their logic problems which is usually very weak.

Haha, that`s funny. And yeah, a demo would be great.

takes up stuff that`s wrong with the game. Most previews just state positive words, so it almost sounds like it`s a commercial for the game. Like the publisher/developer say you get this exclusive preview, but you`ll have to say it`s a great game. I guess the sites tells the developer what`s wrong with the game off-record though, at least i hope they do, because it`s a lot better to correct the flaws before the review and retail phase.

I hope Insomniac do takes notice of their...

from a business standpoint it makes perfect sense, as long as the PS3 userbase isn`t higher than it is now i can understand why they won`t spend more money to correct flaws that most people don`t seem to care about anyway, even though it could get them a few more sales with those who do care.

It would be really funny to see what happened if the PS3 got higher sales than 360. Maybe, but just maybe, EA would have to change their ways, although i doubt they would do much if it cos...

He`s wrong about Studio Cambridge developing Heavenly Sword though, as that`s handled by Ninja Theory.
http://ps3.ign.com/objects/...

Anyone who knows what Cambridge is making for the PS3 ? I loved their Medieval-games (damn they`ve hard, i didn`t managed to beat either one of them hehe), but their 24 wasn`t that good.

if we could get a hands-on preview of the game next time, so we could hear how it played, because that`s what i want to know.

It already looks extremely good (not as good as the CGI from 2005, but still better than i expected) so i`m just interested in how stable the fps will be and how good the multiplayer is.

Great comment, and very true. Funny that Carmack now seems to be getting a better understanding of the PS3 as well. He dosn`t seem so negative of it now, as before.

I do hope Sony get`s better to share it`s first party tools with other developers, so that we can get better ports. I guess it`s up to the developers themselves too, as they should start with the PS3 first and then port to 360 and not the other way around. Concerning EA though, i would hold my breath for them, as th...

Yeah, you`re right about that. I think Manhunt did alright though, but Bully didn`t. Shame really, i thought it was great fun. Perhaps not the most original game, but the fighting system in Bully was good, and it was pretty funny too. I would advice anyone to at least try it. I don`t know about Manhunt, as i`ve never played it. It did seem interesting though, maybe i`ll give it a shot sometimes.

I think Manhunt and Bully didn`t sell as well as GTA because they`re not mainstream...

But with no indication to what it might be (although that could be hard seeing as it`s something "completly new") it`s a bit hard to get excited, even though Level 5 is a great developer.
