@bluefox755
I own both a ps4 and xbox one. I own most exlusives on both and I still want to play old games.

You comment actually makes you look jealous that ps4 doesn't have backwards compatibilty

Don't we. Cities Skylines is coming next week, Awesome game and a console exclusive to xbox.

If modern CODs were any good people wouldn't want to play the old ones.
Infinite Warfare had to have a Modern Warfare remaster bundled just get get it to sell

Yep. Won't upgrade my ps4 to a ps4 pro. Don't see the point especially as games like Horizon has great graphics on the standard ps4.

But I will be trading in my xbox one for a Scorpio. I'm not forced to do it though. I just think the performance gap between both makes it worth it.

Looks like the console market is going closer to PC as game performance and graphics will scale depending on your hardware

It's just fashionable to be anti-xbox and to think the sun shines out of Sony's ass in most of the gaming media.

A game will get 10/10 just because it's made by Sony. That's how bias most of the gaming media is.

Look at Horizon. It's a great game but not a 10/10. It's a cross between Far Cry Primal and Recore. Not original at all but because it's a Sony Exclusive it gets 10/10. If it was published by EA and multiplatform it wo...

For a console to be successful it doesn't have to be the number one seller.

PS4 will probably always be in the lead but that doesn't make xbox a failure.

Multiple consoles can co-exist and it's a good thing. Both PS4 users and Xbox One users have benefited from the competition between the consoles in features that wouldn't exist if there was a console monopoly.

No one asked for ps4 pro either but we got it.

Depends on your PC. A lot of PC gamers seem to forget that just because a game plays well on their own PC it will play crap on others. Too many hardware variations out there.

A good PC capable of playing the latest games with decent graphics costs a lot more than a console. You could build one yourself for cheaper but lets face it the vast majority of gamers are clueless when it comes to computers.

How was it unplayable?

I played it and completed it on ps3 and bought it again on 360 when my ps3 died. Game was perfectly playable on both consoles

You're the one with the bad logic.

Being an old game does not make it crap.

I own both an Xbox One and PS4 and own a lot of games for both including most exclusives and with all that choice I still play a lot of 360 games.

Considering the Xbox 1 runs Windows 10. Games can be made scalable to hardware just like they are on PC. Wouldn't be hard for games to take advantage of extra power without needing a patch.

Who is this Michael Pachter?

Seems to think he knows everything. Just talks a load of crap.

Looks the same to me but using a video to show comparisons between 4k and 1080P is absolutely pointless considering most people will be viewing this website on devices not capable of 4k

Apart from that chief of colonial affairs having a strange robotic face I haven't seen many glitches since getting the day one patch.

Most reviews were done using the unpatched version.

Not sure why Andromeda is getting all the hate.

I'm loving the game.

I've had more fun playing Andromeda than I have playing Horizon.

@MrFisher21

If servers go down you can still play the games offline for 30 days. It apparently takes 30 days for the licence to expire.

3232d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

EA Access and Xbox gamepass are not streaming services. Games are downloaded to the hard drive and work offline just like any other game.

Yep It was the most unreliable console ever. I've gone through about 6 of them.

But it was still one of the best cosoles ever. Games just worked after inserting a disc. Apart from a small amount of games there was none of these compulsory installs you have now with current gen consoles.

@UltraNova

There are millions of ps4's in the UK and only around 80,000 switch's

It was no big feat for Horizon to outsell Zelda.

In fact if Zelda had beaten Horizon with userbases as they are then Horizon would have been a total flop.

No chance of that. Too many fanboys here
