I do agree that lootcrates should not be pay to win. They should be cosmetic only but governments wont see the difference between pay to win and cosmetic. They wont even care. Except you don't need a 4k tv to get the benefits. Enhanced games will still look and perform better on a 1080P tv. Even non enhanced games will perform better. The ps4 pro on the other hand. I've seen what digital foundry says about that so I have no desire to replace my ps4 with one
As someone with a normal 1080P tv the Xbox One X seems far more worth it than the ps4 Pro.

No for lootcrates to be gambling there would have to be a chance they are empty. Lootcrates are never empty. You always get something. Even if you already have the stuff you won in the crate you get you exchange them for points, coins scrap or whatever ingame currency is used.
