Or ir could fail miserably because the casual crowd already has their game system and the core crowd isn't interested. I don't think casual gamers that are looking to jump into the market are going to say "I will happily take the Xbox 360 Kinect bundle for double the price of a Wii!".
Microsoft needs the core crowd that has made them a player this gen, to make Kinect successful and they have no games that appeal to them which could have disastrous effects...

If this pans out I wonder if they will create a new HDD upgrade program, but 320gb is a lot of space. I have just about every PSN game and 15 or so PSOne games saved to my 80gb PS3 and still have 16gb of space available. It is a pain in the ass for anyone who would want to upgrade their HDD though, especially if they were looking to go to a TB HDD.

Look SE, that's great, but instead of using Cloud and getting people hyped about a potential FFVII remake that probably won't happen for 20 years, why not use Celes' eyes from FFVI, preferably in Esper form? I would take an HD remake of FFIV/VI anyday over FFVII, and you don't even have to do much to tham except revamp the characters and the world map/towns.

It's like they think HD adoption was overnight instead of something that has happened over a period of several years with adoption not really picking up until prices came down, video games utilized, and televsion and movies were steadily available. It's ridiculous to think that it's going to happen in a matter of months when not even every tv manufacturer has released their sets yet.
