"sorry but i don't understand your sarcasm..."
That might be because it wasn't sarcasm.
You made a reference to a specific screen, but I have no clue which one it was given that when I (or anyone else) click on the link you provided, it leads to an anti-linking page instead of an actual screenshot.
And the page says, verbatim, "Someone thought it would be fun to link directly to our files... We didn't... DS-X2"
...
"are you seeing the same screen that me? http://www.ds-x2.com/images...
That depends... Are you seeing a screen that says "Someone thought it would be fun to link directly to our files... We didn't... DS-X2"?
Confound the lack of an edit button, but given that IGN seems concerned with the last two years, I feel it a crime to not at least mention Portal.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go warm up the deadly neurotoxin.

"Just imagine those two companies combined. together have a huge library of first party titles."
Yeah, but we'd also be closer to having a company with the capacity to form a general monopoly on games, which would be... very not good for the industry overall.
Can't say I really agree, as I'm wondering what the heck Rare's doing on the list at all.
In the first place, Nintendo only sold their 49% share in the company to Microsoft *after* Microsoft had already gotten the 51% majority share from the people who had actually founded the company. There aren't exactly a lot of options when the majority share in a company goes to one of your competitors.
And in the second place, even if one takes the stance "Well, Ninten...
Probably because Megaman 9's also available on the PS3 and 360.

I think we're all missing the bigger point, which is that videos like this and videos like it seem in agreeance upon: hot girls who might not otherwise play games play the Wii.
Some people say this is a bad thing.
*Crazy* people.
"That film has gotten mixed reviews, to say the least, but Lucas doesn't seem to care a bit about the opinion of any detractors when it comes to his historic entertainment enterprise and its directions."
I think we have a contender for the least surprising sentence ever written.
Actually, I don't think his numbers seem too far off.
The PS2 came out in March of 2000 if I recall correctly, and according to this site, they had approximately 30 million units sold as of May of 2002.

"The PS3 is merely a GC this gen."
I resent that comparison.
The Gamecube at least made a profit.
; )
No matter what games you list or how many of them you list, you'll never be able to get the people around here that say that there are no good games coming to the Wii to believe otherwise, because they'll just contort their argument every which way in order to exclude as many games as possible.
Such and such game's a port, such and such game has terrible graphics, such and such game will have no replay, such and such game will have no multi-player, such and such game will have...
"you can't be that gulible to believe Capcom didn't put MH3 on the PS3 for "Financial" reasons do you?"
If "Financial reasons" could mean "for the reason of making more money", then, uh, yes.
"This was just Capcom doing what they've been doing for many generations which is to find ways to stick it to Sony's Playstation brand any way they can find."
Is that why Capcom initially released most of the ...
Funny that the author of this article mentioned Bioshock, primarily because the whole "Casual gamers are not REAL gamers" meme playing around is like something out of Ayn Rand.
Well, where do you live? They're both primarily a western United States phenomenom. Carls Jr.'s is probably the bigger chain (it's known as Hardees in the Eastern U.S.). In-N-Out Burger is a chain of restaurants that used to be found only in Southern California but has expanded to regions like Arizona, Nevada, and Utah -- a veritable godsend for me, since I recently moved to AZ myself and would probably have lost my mind without it.
"How is there any argument here? Nintendo dumped the core gamer"
I believe the argument primarily lies in how one defines the term "Core gamer."
If the term refers to the current wave of the bizarre clubhouse mentality often found in most ten-year old boys, then I certainly hope Nintendo drops them. And for that matter, never picks them up.
There actually exists a person that prefers Carls Jr. to In-N-Out?
I mean, I know I was always told stories that such beings lived among us, but seeing one in person... It's like sighting Big Foot...
Not a particularly in-depth history in my opinion. It doesn't even mention the voice-acting which has become a legend in its utter ridiculousness or the marvelously convoluted plot. These things are in part the very heart and soul of the franchise.
Well, I never played Monster Hunter 2, but as far as the original goes: Not really.
It was more of a hack n' slash adventure game with some strategy and roleplaying elements thrown in, while Pokemon's more of a straight turn-based RPG.
Here's the Wikipedia entry on it. They explain it pretty well.
