I loved gotic 1 and 2, imported night of the raven, but had to pass on Gothic 3. My PC is so out of date, the demo was unplayable for me.

Probably wouldnt have done any better than, say, Unreal Tournament 3 had it come out then.
GTAIV might have gotten a 10, but it deserved a 8, 9 at best. A great game, but a lot of series problems that keep it far from perfect.
Car handling is still garbage, the cover system seems flimsy (much like UNcharted took it from GoW, only Uncharted improved upon it, while GTA feels awkward and plodding). Theres a fine line between free aim and auto-target, so can make combat clumsy. Seems way to easy to lose cops in this one compared to the past games, which takes the challeng...

Multi-player on this game will rock. Graphics are serviceable, nothing spectacular but not even remotely as bad as the haters try to make it seem. It runs at a smooth FPS in spite of however many explosions or characters are on screen, which is far more important than plants swaying in the breeze (which they do, if you would play the demo before commenting).
Day one purchase for me.
