People knew what they were getting with MGS4. It was no different from the previous installments in a lot of ways. People who liked the earlier games adored it (me being one of them) and the people who b!tched about the earlier games and the long-winded cut-scenes continued to b!tch about this one.
In the end, i think the game was one hell of a fan service. Now I just hope he makes a Zone of the Enders 3!!
Split screen co-op might not be possible without a significant decrease in graphical detail (and graphics are one of KZ2's selling points) or loss of a solid fps. Whatever the reason, it doesnt matter to me, as I've never cared for split screen games.
He said at TGS (Tokyo Game Show) since they (japs) dont play on-line often.
It's even worse. One is a not too well received video game, while one of the others is considered the world over to be a literary masterpiece and has probably sold more copies than the bible.
Good.
I'll welcome it with open arms if it's a quality port. if it leans more towards how people said the PS3 version of OB turned out, not so much.
They probably do, but only to their own internal studios and maybe the closer 2nd/3rd parties, like Insomniac, Kojima Productions and SE.
Clock Tower? With Scissor Man? Who leaps off a roof to impale a guard with his over sized garden shears? that game scared the piss out of me.
Im salivating for WKC. If Sony were smart, they'd buy Level 5 already. They've proven they're incredible RPG developers (their worst on PS2 was Rogue Galaxy, and that was still a great game), and having an in-house studio would prove a major boon.
The haze hate WAS a bit absurd, though. Average at worst, which means it was still more enjoyable than half of the games released. I cant imagine Too Human could be any worse than that.
Resistance was nothing special, graphically, but I have to admit R&C was a gorgeous in a very cartoony way, and I mean that in a good way.
Considering how much progress they made in a year, i cant wait to see what they do with Resistance 2.
Exactly. I played through it 4 times just for the hell of it before trophies were released. I dont care about whether or not other people can see that I finished all the rewards and original in game achievements.
Wait, did they add new ones? Might need to go rent it again.
Yesterday I went to the Edinburgh Interactive Festival with two and a half hours and nothing to do but play and talk about Little Big Planet. Literally. Everything else there was actually pretty boring.
Last month, I asked visitors of Libipl.net to give me questions to ask the representative at the festival, and, surprisingly, got all but one answered.
1. Are there plans to have machinima tools available?
No. None.
2. Can there be a flying m...
I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "hack it", but there are a few problems with that idea, if its what I think.
I dont like handhelds, nor am i some scummy software pirate.
That sucks.
SFAlpha, yay? Whatever. I detest fighting games. As for PS1 classics, Give me Tomba, or give me death
I always like how the ps3/xbox fanboys accuse the xbox/ps3 fanboys of doing the very things themselves do. In this case endorsing information when it only benefits their console, while saying the other is the one doing it.
Yeah, it's always nice to understand whatever racial epithet that 11 year old is calling you as he head shots you for the umpteenth time.
Wasn't aware that they had made any games other than KillZone and some Vietnam game that was easy to forget about. Never been one to play handhelds.
See, with a studio like Insomniac, Sony Santa Monica, Naughty Dog (yeah, i'm mainly a PlayStation-er) I'll just assume whatever game they have coming out will be good, as they have a great track record. GG still, in my opinion, has to prove themselves. I'm going to stay cautiously optimistic about KZ2, as I think and want the game to...
This has as much meaning as the statement on the case for Bioshock on the 360.
