Probably, but there's a good 6 month between them, so it could also be considered more complimentary than competitive. Plus, given that ND and SuckerPunch are known for having good inter-studio relations, I wouldnt be surprised if they gave them a hand with the mechanics.
Now I heard that in Japan
Everyone just lives in sin
They pray to several gods
And put needles in their skin.
On December 25th
All they do is eat a cake
And that is why I go to Japan
And walk around and say...
Hey there Mr. Shintoist
Merry f*cking Christmas
God is going to kick your a**
You infidelic pagan scum.
In case you haven't noticed
There's festive things to do
So lets all rejoice f...
I disagree. I enjoyed the single player campaign and love the competitive when I can get in to a decent sized ranked game. I dont care for the coop though. It's kinda dull.
You knows what's sad, I never got around to playing Colossus, but I loved ICO. Really should pick that game up. Think i saw it at bestbuy for like $10 a little while back.
Ive had it since last Tuesday and havent yet played the single player campaign. still doing multi-player.
Are they implementing them some time soon? I also have Valkyria Chronicles and Fable 2 to get around to and wanted to do Fallout first.
I have the game sitting next to my ps3. Dont want to touch it just yet. I have a 2 week vacation after Thanksgiving. It's been rough :/
I live in the U.S. and got this email even after they extended the beta until the 3rd. Means nothing, I'm guessing.
Hah, he lost me there, too. I STILL use primarily the Carbine, as I find it to be the most effective weapon, and have never really had any trouble taking down the occasional chump I find using a Wraith.
I got mine last night, too. Not sure if it was something I applied for, or if they finally delivered on my Qore purchase.
I havent yet been able to spend much time playing it yet, and when I have i keep doing the same levels over to collect all the items, but im digging it so far. Very simple, yet enjoyable, platformer. I havent yet touched the level creation though.
Im still waiting for mine to be delivered. SHOULD be here some time today, as it's sitting in a UPS place one town over. Then again, it was there all day yesterday too, so im starting to contemplate some sort of violent rampage.
I might affect sales, but not negatively. Sony gets the good PR for doing what's "right", and the story might get picked up by some major news outlets and score some free publicity.
No.
I might just have to bite the bullet and download it, then. Wipeout was one of my favorite ps1 games.
Is it coming out on Blu-Ray? As convenient as it is to download something off of PSN, I like the physical media.
While i agree that level creation might appeal more to the hardcore, the ability to play said levels created by other people might just appeal to everyone.
it keeps saying my birthdate isnt right? its today god dammit!!
Longevity is a good thing in a game. I'd previously played through Uncharted 2 times, got all of the in game awards. When I was bored last week, I deleted my saves and downloaded the trophy patch and played through it 2 more times to get all of the trophies. It was almost as enjoyable the 3 and 4th times as it was the first, but I might not have ever bothered had they not done the patch.
Im still holding out that InFamous will be the best game released next year.
