While I agree with you on the fact that energy efficient materials and appliances are probably over priced. You outlook on saving 10$ a month being meaningless, is actually depending on price per kilowatt and is a substantially less power consuming. I think we pay about $.07 a kwh. to save 10 dollars represents a pretty decent reduction of energy consumption. If even 1 percent of the population of a city did that it would help put less strain on infrastructure.

The vr craze started with oculus rift getting kickstarted and logging huge names endorsing it long before the morpheus project was announced. So the ps4 /xbox thing is a moot argument of vr success.
Your other point of wearing something for gaming is pretty spot on. Playing a game like call of duty or something may overload senses. Imagine being pushed the ground and you brain is thinking you body is lying down but it isn't. it would be a really weird feeling without som...
Yea I agree with the majority of what you said. I do believe a lot people think stuff is decided over light and only for the year to the next. These companies plan a lot of stuff, with contigencies and other options in case they misread the market. The market is not being misread; but with all this hype we are thinking we are going to see a huge life altering experience, but this generation of vr is going to be like the Nes generation was to home consoles.
I say this because...
SMh. Real sj warriors are generally not this terrible. They pick their battles. But what is happening now are morons with no real self esteem trying to justify their existence by having their "voice heard". The problem is that they aren't just speaking but they are screaming like a kid with a tantrum trying to get their own way. the companies, because they have no balls, just give in.
I am just happy my life doesn't need people like him and pewdiepie pansies to enjoy video games.
it should actually make you more afraid of how little the general public think about how advertising affects them.
I just replayed the series in numbered order for when phantom pain came out. And i Still love every minute of it. i am on peace walker again right now. and will do ground zeroes again too. i might do it all again before september.
in phantom hourglass there is a puzzle that requires you to close the clamshell to imprint a design for a map. I hope that they thought of this as a option for a setting on the wii u.
final fantasy 13 was a good game. but it wasn't a final fantasy. while change is not a bad thing- one must respect the heritage. There was no exploration or discovery, no cool weapons, so sidequests that meant anything. Even making side quests necessary in lightning returns is forced and annoying not a natural sidequest a la final fantasy x for getting the special weapons or 7 the golden saucer.
i wrote a blog about that exact same thing you said my friend. my wii u is just itching for the games to be cheap and playable on my gamepad in bed, but NINTENDO over values their experience
The store may only work for a specific time zone, so midnight for you may not have been the specific time zone that your psn is linked to. For me the time of this post is 6pm pacific time. So tons of time zones to roll out and a glitch may just be a glitch.
I am working 2 jobs right now that have me dealing with customers. And let me tell you, that the customer rarely knows their ass from their elbow. And the other type of customer that can be worse is the one that pretends they know, but really only know how to download porn. The great customers are the ones that realize they are calling you for help, and know a little about why and trust you. So to give good service i ask them very specific questions, and then work with them till i get a than...
i was reading this while eating my breakfast which contained canadian beef, bacon, and poutine. so we all know i am canadian.
Unfortunately gaming journalism is not really reporting news. It is a controlled environment. Sure there are some stories that are real news, but almost every preview is like a house staging. Things can be covered up and disguised. And if those journalists ever want to get a story by that company again they better be kind and not burn any bridges. Gaming journalism is entertainment and advertising. Note that I am not saying everyone is grouped in but that when your sole provider of the news ...
remember Jetsons "my button pushing finger is getting tired" this world is getting closer and closer to that amount of laziness
To say one's market is only mmo players is short sighted. A company should be ambitious and go for the gamer that has never played mmo's.
Umm guys a game is usually not just finished a week even before digital release. The distribution or contracts or some legalise is probably the real reason. And if not those reasons they wish to polish up some quality issues like bugs and stuff. which i can wait a couple weeks for.
I pay 5.99 for psone classics. They want 7.99 for snes roms that can run perfectly with tons of options on pc for free. Yes I want to support virtual console but why pay 4.99 for nes games and almost double for snes? With psone emulation you have to dick around to make it work right. Nintendo, is just a couple clicks.
Like North America including canada or just regular ol' u.s of a?
