Lucas did unspeakable things

The gameplay in the trailer looked very mediocre. No doubt about that. Sands Of TIme is easily in my top 3 games of all time so I hope the delay is enough to get it in good shape. If they fail, well, I suppose I'll just continue to not purchase Ubisoft games anymore.

What I really want is for someone who's a fan of SOT to play the game and report if it feels clunky like an Assassin's Creed game, or fluid and responsive like the controls in the trilogy. That'...

@RgR

My main reason for holding off is that the PS5 version will probably use the adaptive triggers. I also like having a string of PS5 upgrades in the coming year alongside the genuinely new games (Ghostrunner, Doom Eternal, Metro Exodus, Control, The Witcher 3, maybe Cyberpunk eventually, etc).

My gaming situation is also very different than most people. I have issues with my hands (particularly my left hand) and the PS5 controller (modified with convex...

Would definitely appreciate a next gen version. If this is good (it has a chance now since it was delayed), this will the first Ubisoft game that I would've bought in years.

Kind of tempted by Immortals as well because it has puzzles but the reaction to that portion of the game was very mixed

A lot of people seem to feel that way about Doom Eternal. Takes a while to get into it and appreciate the gameplay loop because of the resource management.

I own it but I haven't gotten around to playing it. Held off because I want to play the next gen version

Not sure why all the people complaining about "Whiners!" can't comprehend that this lawsuit is a result of investors being misled.

CDPR said that the game was content complete early this year which just wasn't true

They're both way ahead of the competition technologically.

I definitely understand why someone would say this about RDR2 in particular. It's an open world game that genuinely feels alive with lots of complex systems, and that somehow still looks years ahead of its competition.

In Europe, Demon's Souls is still €80. Was hoping that it would go on offer because that's simply not a reasonable price to have to pay for every video-game going forward (purchasing it at €80 will encourage that practice), especially a month and half after its initial release.

I wasn't trying to insult you, Foxtrot. I was genuinely asking if you managed to play a modded version of the game because I remember you praising a mod that let you play the game without VR.

Really hope this game comes to PS5/PS4 after it's recent XB1 release. I always support Devolver's games

"as you might hate the opinions of those whose differ from your own." And here comes the victim mentality once there's no real argument left. I take no issue with the handful of reviewers, e.g. AngryJoe, who didn't really like the game. You know why? Because he actually played the game and his criticisms were not politically motivated crap.

TheQuartering didn't play TLOU2 or the original, and gets major facts about the story wrong. His opinion is objec...

Did you actually get to play Half Life Alyx, btw, even just modded to play with a k+m? I remember you being very disappointed that it was VR only when it released. Honestly, this list is a bit naff but it is the best games that the author played, not the best games of the year, overall.

"You can’t have your cake and eat it too" That's true. You can't say that critics are out of touch with gamers because TLOU2 came second in one fan award (the horror) and won GOTY in all the other fan awards. haha.

Are you really denying that TheQuartering's audience didn't review bomb the game (70+ political videos)? They recently sent fake supportive messages to induce an epileptic seizure in a journalist who criticized Cyberpunk. They're abs...

Most of the negative user reviews came in the first 3 days (38,000 and a hilarious average of 3). Cyberpunk is a barely playable mess, needed to be pulled of the PS Store due to the sheer number of requests for refunds and still has less votes across all platforms than that over 10 ten days later.

It was a politically motivated review bombing from subscribers of political channels like TheQuartering - a guy who didn't even play TLOU2 or the original and made 70+ videos ...

It that update is actually coming, I think it will be released at the same time as Factions. Hopefully, it won't come with a price tag like Spiderman Remastered (a bit crazy, tbh) and gets haptic feedback support (tension when pulling back on the bow)

TLOU2 won the community GOTY vote at IGN, PS Blog (2.5 million votes) and the Golden Joystick Awards, came second in the Players' Voice award and has a ridiculously high 60% completion rate.

It's sweeping awards with both critics and fans because most people who actually played the game enjoyed it. You're a bit out of touch, mate

Pyre is quite fun as well but unfortunately it went a bit unnoticed though

Bit of a strawman there. Always annoying when all of the great elements of games which make great use of cinematics (Metal Gear, The Last Of Us, Prince Of Persia, etc) are all completely disregarded because some people strongly dislike cutscenes. It's a talking point that I've heard ever since I was child (e.g. "MGS is not really a game").

Hades is a small indie game which naturally isn't going to get as much attention as an AAA game. That's why it...

Yeah, honestly, it's nice to see some variety in the awards being handed out. Will need to give Hades a go when it eventually comes to PS5/PS4.

And as regards TLOU2, people are getting increasingly silent about all the fan-voted awards that it's winning and it's hilarious. I suppose TheQuartering will need to make a video about IGN being out of touch with gamers since TLOU2 won the community vote. haha

@CannOfPoo
"You are all seriously pathetic."

Jeez. Calm down dude. There's no need for the melodrama. The game remains in a very poor state which is why large updates are still needed in January and February. It's still extremely buggy (even more so than games like Fallout 76 and AC Unity), saves are getting corrupted once they go over 8MB, the game constantly crashes, etc.

Also, the framerate in this video is still very bad. It...
