Orchard to Digital Foundry: "... Avada Kedavra!!!"

There's no excuse for some version of this not to be approved at this stage.
I think you're missing the point a bit.
A game can be 8-10 hours long and use that time really well, but it can also only start to get good far into the playthrough and leave the player feeling short-changed.
Hotline Miami is only 4-5 hours long but it's extremely well paced and time well spent. But if only got really good towards the end, I'd want it to be longer.
He directed the recent episode of the show, and the horror and tension were amazing.
Objectively, Neil is rooted more firmly within the DNA of the franchise than anyone else. Doesn't matter how you feel, that's just a fact.
He came up with the original concept years before he even started working at Naughty Dog, so thank him for it even existing. You would play as a hardened cop who had lost his daughter, had turned criminal but became a protector...
The game is definitely a pleasant surprise. Nice art style.
Really liked Metal: Hellsinger, so bring on more rhythm-action games like this.
@Crows90
Yeah, I know. My issue with The Callisto Protocol's approach was clear. Players shouldn't have a feeling of invincibility, especially in a horror game.
You can't walk up to a clicker and infinitely press a Dodge button. They're a real threat to the player and can easily insta-kill them.
There's a reason many players would prefer to use shivs than alert clickers.
If a player screws up the ...
That's the right approach. I think Hogwarts Legacy will probably be very enjoyable but it's good to wait for reviews.
WB have earned some skepticism after how badly optimised Gotham Knights was.
I often wait for games to get a few patches now too.
The Callisto Protocol looked amazing but I waited for reviews, and I'm glad I did. The dodging system is completely busted (easily abused). Knowing that, I know the horror will fal...
Still had excellent gameplay, gun customisation and boss fights though.
Loved the ability to side with the militias.
Bruce was given a special thanks recently in the remake, and there's obviously a high chance that Neil did that given their relationship. https://www.kotaku.com.au/w...
Millions are going to play the remake and see this, and it's about to come to PC too. The likelihood of an evil plan by Druckm...
I would have agreed with you a few years ago, but I don't think even that is true anymore.
I'm much more looking forward to Jedi: Survivor than anything Ubisoft is making - Ubisoft really doesn't make games like that anymore, unfortunately. Respawn Entertainment have been great for EA.
Their EA Originals initiative has also led to some good stuff. It Takes Two won GOTY and Lost In Random and A Way Out were solid too.

Orchard, don't be saying things like this.
4.5% of MS's employees are being laid off, not 0.001%.
Claiming that just 0.023 people of 2300 Bethesda employees are being laid off is ... a bit extreme, to put it lightly.
Someone who was fired could see your comment, and they're not as rare as you're implying.
@HollowIchigo25
"oh right you love Israel"
Nope, I'm Irish and politically my country is the loudest in Europe in highlighting the mistreatment of the Palestinians, and comparing it to our own struggle against the English.
"not to mention their love for Nazis."
Lad, there's Neo-Nazi Russian militias.
Imagine someone with a functioning brain justifying the annexation of a country.
The double tap on PS4 is sorely missed. Before they made the trophies for a game show up on the control centre, getting to the trophies was also a pain.
The double-tap only works in very limited way right now on PS5 - it can actually return to a recent conversation but it doesn't bring you fully to the messages menu. 😑 it can also quickly bring up Spotify but not much else. I think a slight redesign is in order.

It was already fixed (September 2021).

Viewership for The Walking Dead plummeted immediately after Negan brutally bashed in some skulls. 🏌🏻♀️
Some people really can't handle a favourite character being so powerless and dying like that.
@goldwyncq
Please be nuanced on this. It was a problem for SOME people. If you go to early footage for this game, there was comments on N4G with loads of likes complaining that Ellie is gay ("forced homosexuality"). It was...

Elden Ring did very well but it's year old now - it would probably need an expansion and/or a discount to get back into the weekly top 10. That's quite normal thoug...
Deathloop and Ghostwire Tokyo are subject to pre-existing agreements. It was likely already agreed ***with Bethesda*** to come to PS Now (or its equivalent) 1 year after its PS5 release, just like Deathloop did.
It's unlikely that they paid MS anything for it, and if they did, Sony probably availed of an option already stipulated in their contract which could also include a parity clause.
I'm pretty sure you understand these things.
