Do you have the ability to boost in the Forza Horizon games?
Just leave it alone. There's nothing wrong with a bit of banter between friends.
The co-op wasn't really integrated heavily across the board, to make sense with the story in every mission and cut-scene in Halo though (it was just a cool feature). Remedy is most likely going to attempt to achieve a much higher level of integration, and considering their games need a lot of scripting, I personally feel that its wasted effort. I also don't care about co-op and multiplayer functionality, and its really irritating to see it overriding the single-player experience.
That seems like the wrong direction for them. They're good at making single-player story-driven games, and they should work on improving what they're good at.
It does actually look really good, along with the single player footage we've already seen. You can see the Naughty Dog influence (ex-Naughty Dog employee over the narrative).
It looks like a decent amount of fun. It could be really repetitive though, and it needs an actual campaign of some sort.
It's not full price though. It is sort of standalone DLC.
There has now been huge expectations placed on BF1, and it seems like most people don't think it met or will meet them. IW had low expectations, and from the look of things, will easily exceed them. It's almost inconceivable that BF1 will have a single-player campaign that is not extremely mediocre (the last 3 were terrible) as well. They even screwed up Mirrors Edge, so I don't see how BF1 even has a hope.
This looks really good, actually.
If it's a great game, why would I not buy it? If it has bugs, I'll just wait for them to patch them out. I still haven't bought Fallout 4, because I'm waiting for an edition with all of the content.
@NiteX
It's difficult to make the "gameplay over graphics" argument, if a manufacturer's platform has hardly any games in the first place, compared to their competitors. If they really cared about gameplay, they would need ... you know, games (those things that have gameplay). I'm sorry, but these silly arguments/excuses only came about as a result of the Wii. It's only a fair argument once you have crossed the threshold, where the console can get ...
lol. Tom Raider.
A 4 year life-span for a console is pretty bad though. It was only kind of acceptable back then because the OG Xbox came out after the PS2, and Microsoft were new to the game so you could cut them some slack. A 5-year minimum should be expected, especially after the longest console cycle ever - it would literally only be around half as long.
If the Scorpio is the Xbox Two, then it's not really a competitor to the PS4 Pro; it's lined up to go against a PS5. I think ...
I don't know how to feel. It was a very boring, dull presentation. What's particularly confusing is that the PS4 Pro actually has had a pretty huge upgrade in power, but it doesn't seem like most developers are really going to even use it. Like in For Honour: same textures and everything, except in 4K. I don't have a 4K TV (and they haven't sold much of them yet), so what's the point? Wouldn't it make more sense to focus on 1080P, and implement upgrades to the grap...
Pretty spot on. I would personally switch Overwatch with Ratchet & Clank, but that's just because I care more about single-player right now.
Hype!
I've been saying this already, but this is a really nice upgrade. And it keeps the gameplay in tact as well. I have a feeling they'll release this as a standalone between January to March.
I highly recommend Unbounded, but i suppose we don't always have time to go back a play a game from a half a decade ago. Your Most Wanted comparison is pretty apt. I found Burnout: Paradise and Most Wanted really fun at first, but playing Unbounded made me realise that they were missing something (they weren't Burnout 3/Revenge). I recently tried to play Paradise, and it definitely wasn't as fun as I remembered it being. I think most open-world racers struggle to have missions and...
Yes! I loved the first 2 Destroy All Humans games.
A lot of whiny, self-righteous people in the comments, I see.
