Out of interest, did you play Ridge Racer: Unbounded? It's not really a Ridge Racer game (more like Burnout and Split/Second put together with some drifting). It's really fun.
The game looks like it needs a bit of polish, but I'm keeping my eye on it.
I really doubt it tbh. There's probably too many licencing issues, and EA simply aren't bothered. They should sell off the rights and let someone else actually do something with it.
Will definitely be getting this.
I had very mixed opinions on Mafia 2. I loved the story, the atmosphere and some of the missions. But ... the half-baked open world (sometimes the NPCs run into chairs and walls and there's not much to do), how easy it was to die while driving (I can only role play and drive carefully for so long - I mean, Jesus), the poor checkpoints (in the open world) instead of normal open world spawn points (this builds onto my previous point), the lack of gun variety (you spend most of the game with...
Rockstar will probably take the same approach they took with GTA5 on the PC, so yeah. Not really a PC player, but I hope they get to play it. Red Dead Redemption really was one of the best games I've ever played. We'll get to see crazy mods and funny machinima videos then as well.
@wonderfulmonkeyman
So you're just going to conveniently ignore what you said about third party games and pretty much anything that, coincidentally, isn't on a Nintendo console? You can play that game all you want, but everyone knows the truth. Acting tough and making childish comments like, "Sit the **** down, child," is not going to distract anybody.
I'm far from a Sony fanboy. I give credit where it's due. I always praise MS&...
You go around emotionally calling out supposed fanboys (anyone who levels ANY criticism at Nintendo) all the time, and yet you always try to downplay and dismiss virtually anything Sony and Microsoft have that Nintendo is missing. The hypocrisy is downright extreme. I still remember you insisting that all third parties games suck (2014 in particular), and therefore, they are irrelevant so it doesn't matter that the Wii U doesn't have them.
Information could kill them as well though. If the specs are unimpressive (possible, but I think they might be alright), the price is high, they have limited storage space, etc it could start a wave of negativity.
That being said, storage concerns did destroy the Vita's hype because Sony didn't get the bad news/information out of the way early enough. So, the article is probably right.
All the Nintendo fans who have complained about remasters on PS4 and XB1 are about to get a rude awakening. lol.
Will definitely be getting this. Acid Trip: The Game.
GZs completion percentage does not correlate with the content of relevance. If you've played the main mission, found the collectibles, and done all of the side missions on normal and hard difficulty, you'll still most likely have a pretty low percentage. Let's be real. You've haven't completed 25% of the content. You've probably completed all of it. Thta's what actually matters. Not a meaningless statistic.
I think I'll be having nightmares tonight.
Definitely, until she kicks the shit out of you.
I'd have to agree. The last two months' PS Plus selection has been a dramatic improvement.
I thought that the gameplay felt very dumbed down, the atmosphere wasn't as strong, and the second act of the game loses a LOT of steam. Act 1 and 3 are really good though.
Where are you getting that idea from?
Personally, it was never a huge deal for me, but I also had a 360. That being said, it sucked if I wasn't playing online that much and didn't end up getting good value out of the subscription. PS Plus made paying for online so much more acceptable through the free games (it's actually the main reason I pay now, not the online). I live in Ireland though, so there hasn't been a price hike. lol.
1080p is already starting to become the standard in cheaper phones now (e.g Motorola Gen 4), so the NX's screen will quickly become very outdated if this rumour is true.
Did any of you guys play Ridge Racer: Unbounded? It's a ridiculously fun and underrated racing game (when judged on its own merits and not as a Ridge Racer game). It completely went under the radar for me, and I only played it years later. It's like Burnout and Split/Second put together with a fairly strong emphasis on drifting.
