The fact that you somehow managed come away with this false dichotomy from the article is just bewildering (if you even read it at all). Your comment is about as insightful as, "First the people pick left-wing Obama, then they pick right-wing Trump. Make up your mind."
Well, it wasn't great for fans of arcade racing games but most years aren't anymore. Agree with the general sentiment though.
What kind of question is that?
Considering all of the disadvantages it started out with (360 was a lot cheaper, Arcade 360s were even cheaper, 360 year headstart, XB Live, no voice-chat, 360 started off with better multiplats, etc), it kinda did.
Terrible lists.
The 4th game and DMC were already re-released.
Video-games don't really fit the dictionary definition of a toy though: "an object for a child to play with, typically a model or miniature replica of something." Are you a child?
Looks really fun. Not a huge fan of the art style personally but I'll be picking this one up.
I think I'll have to get this and I've never bought any themes on PSN before. It comes out the same days as the Jak 2, Jak 3 and Jak X re-releases so I might go unconscious due to all that nostalgia at once.
Into the N
I prefer quite a few aspects of the original but the reboot has the most fun gameplay in the whole series for me and ultimately that has to count for something. It's the most fun I've had playing my PS4. The gameplay loop of upgrading weapons though use and raritanium, purchasing weapons, exploring planets, collecting raritanium, bolts, cards, etc was just ridiculously fun for me.
If the first game had an incredible story I could understand where you're coming f...
I don't think it will die soon at all but Nintendo don't maintain momentum the way Sony do. They usually get people really excited for the first 2-3 years as they always have a new concept/gimmick and then there is a strong decline in sales. You never know though.
I like the appreciation of the originals but I wouldn't personally agree with this list. We're all going to disagree on each other's ranking but I think most would agree that A Crack In Time is really low on this list. For me, the order would be:
1. A Crack In Time
2. Ratchet & Clank 3
3. Ratchet & Clank 2
4. Ratchet & Clank 2016
5. Tools Of Destruction
6. Into the Nexus
7. Ratchet & Clank

It's a damn awesome game and it was probably my favourite game from last year. You should definitely pick it up. I wouldn't say its like DMC tbh though. It has its own formula (shooting mapped to the right stick like a twin stick shooter, not about combos, lots of dodging/dashing, etc). You'll see when you play it. I'll give you a warning though - the game is going to kick your ass (especially at first).
I don't know. I'm always quite harsh on Nintendo. I'm not trying to defend them. I'm actually surprised my comment has gotten backlash for not being harsh enough, tbh.
I just personally don't think it will significantly effect the game and be as atrocious as the loot boxes in BF2 which would completely ruin the game for me (same problem with Payback which I was going to buy before this nonsense). EA are on a whole other level right now compared to any o...
That's a unique way to do micro-transactions, I suppose. Not anywhere near as bad as EA obviously but its still terrible to see this happening.
Rogue is a game a lot of people didn't actually have an opportunity to play since they've moved on to new platforms. AC3 is different. It's one of the best selling AC games and we all had a good way to play it. After playing AC4 on my PS4, I didn't feel like playing the sequel on PS3. That would be very odd. I'd actually considering buying this if the listing is true.
Piss off.
Progression in this game is completely screwed.
As a giant Hotline Miami fan, I was sold the second I saw it.
