All PS4 games allow custom tracks or you use Spotify which I personally prefer. I suppose the tracks wouldn't be tied to whether you're racing though which some PS3 games had.
Different markets; different audiences.
Fuck yes! Day 1. We need to support arcade racing games.
As long as they follow through on this, then great.
Never thought that I'd say this, but thanks Destructoid! If games are docked marks for the inclusion of overzealous micro-transactions and loot boxes then hopefully publishers will back off and at least reconsider their implementation. We were already giving up a lot of ground when accepting the cosmetic-only stuff. We're actually not being unreasonable, despite the mad ravings of some on N4G. It has even impacted the quality of this game and made it less fun (same for Battlefront 2)....
Micro-transactions can impact the quality of a game and its design.
I think their audience might even be more easily offended than they are. Their comments section is both genuinely sad and hilarious.
At least those games keep the micro-transactions away from the single player.
The new tracks and cars are coming to the PS4 version in December.
We've gotten 2 Rayman games fairly recently. Its the Prince's turn. Agree with you on Splinter Cell though. Blacklist was great but I fear Ubisoft might take that franchise in a weird games-as-services direction.
Prince Of Persia: Combat Evolved
Fuck yes. I need to wall run and climb some things in my favourite platforming series. Its already been 7 years since the last and worst one in the franchise (and I still liked it quite a bit).
Well, this is great news.
Fuck yeah! That is all.
Its been out for a few months on PS4 and Steam. I got it Day 1 because Burnout 3 is my favourite racing game of all time. Its alright. Its not as good as the real Crash mode but its a decent imitation. The car handling and the sense of speed for your car isn't great (you only get one car for the entire campaign as well) but once you get to the later stages the crashes can be a lot of fun. I'd give it a 7. I've supported this and Dangerous Golf, but I really hope they can make a fu...
This list is missing some of the best co-op games on PS4: Blazrush, NBA Playgrounds, Disc Jam, Towerfall Ascension, Black Ops 3, Trackmania Turbo, Sportsfriends, Wipeout: Omega Collection, Olli Olli 2, Starwhal, Stikbold! and Amplitude.
What an idiotic comment. Since games like Resident Evil 7, Project Cars 2, The Evil Within 2, South Park, Red Dead Redemption 2, Monster Hunter:World, Prey, Destiny 2, Need for Speed Payback, Injustice 2, etc are multiplats and they are not confirmed to be coming to the Switch they are obviously not real games. Unless they happen to get ported to the Switch, that is. Then they're great, lol. How sad. You're whining about people comparing Doom on the Switch (no mp, 720p 30FPS) to other...
It's perfectly valid criticism. You need to calm down. People declared that the Switch is simply not that less powerful than the PS4 and the XB1 when they heard about this port. "It's just that 3rd parties are all lazy!" That was ridiculous to those who have common sense and this port ended up proving the exact opposite. 720p 30FPS with lower settings is a huge difference, obviously. This doesn't mean that its not worth playing or anything (especially from a handheld per...
Engagement and sales are not the same thing. You can believe what you want. Most of the evidence is pointing to lower sales. However, we can't definitively say either way so we'll just have to wait. A game can have a stronger, more engaged community than a game with higher sales. You're jumping to conclusions (PS3 and 360 users may not be engaged as much and that could drag down the overall engagement). Destiny 2 seems to be far more liked than the original. That could be a factor...
It's not 85 anymore. It's now 80 on metacritic. Modern CODs usually hang a bit lower or higher than that. 85%+ is an exaggeration (last time that happened was 6 years ago with MW3) but I get your point.
