Fortunately, that didn't happen here.
Not that anyone would expect much else from you. So it's better that you left.
OT: The game has proven that visuals, in addition to excellent craftsmanship, are very, very important. This game has all of those in spades!
@ Doabarrelroll: Oh, I know his history. He even posts like this on VGChartz (though the moderators there are on to his nonsense and it's why he posts much less now). I try to give people chances, but as you can see from a secondary reply without any substance, a lost cause is a lost cause.
I'll level with you - what do people have to be "salty" about regarding the Xbox as a platform? Is it...
- Hardware?
- Prices?
- Software?
- Xbox LIVE?
If I don't get a logical response, then you have no business calling anyone "salty".
So................
They should just release new subscription based software and no new games only for the Xbox? Got it. -_-
Games do take time to develop, but I remember Microsoft fans hounding Sony about that. Now of all a sudden, people are supposed to cut Microsoft some slack about a lack of new software.
Way I see it, Scorpio needs to bring along a slew of original material only available on Xbox (One/Scorpio). As long as I have a very capable PC (and they continue to release their new games on it), the need for their console is lessened.
Well said. The focus needs to be on new games, otherwise what's the point in owning one?
Thank you!
This is the issue I have with articles like these, they invite nonsensical responses such as this. Sony has been releasing new game after new game (highly regarded, at that) and then we get this "Sony needs to step it up." "Microsoft is making Sony sweat". Last I checked, Sony just released a hit title, have shipped 57m consoles, and are making bank on the PS4.
What is the problem?
In Horizon's case, the reviewers are saying "yes"
How many users did Sony expect Uncharted 4 to sell to?
I'm waiting for your point.
Uh, it's just gone gold. It can't release the same day.
You can't "change" a market that isn't following you. They're simply adding to the Xbox One line of machines. A pitch. They're not changing anything.
Uh, what they've always done - support it long after the new machine launches.
I don't usually reply to you, but this is just sad. Really. Go buy a PS4 and play more games. I promise, you'll be much happier.
Lets see (since you don't know the definition of AAA)
- The Order: 1886 (get the name right, at least) - yep AAA
- DRIVECLUB: Also AAA (and loved by its fans)
- Knack (AAA and so bad that it's receiving a sequel. Cool)
- Hardware: Rivals (did not have a AAA budget)
- Bound (no AAA budget)
- Until Dawn: Rush of Blood (also no AAA budget - and funny how you skipped the highly praised full game that IS AAA)
- Fat Pr...
Or the amount that suddenly flip flop and claim he's unreliable. :P
Exactly.
Yeah, but what do we know, right? Let's hate on Horizon when plenty of other games have SIDE missions too. I didn't even waste my time clicking the article, because the author knew what he was doing. Valid complaints or not, they're a little too "convenient".
