Unless it's Wii Sports, no game will EVER sell to an entire userbase. So that's moot.
UH, PS4 has native 4K games, genius.
I wouldn't say an "overreaction", but they are certainly reactionary devices.
Yeah, but you know. Anything to score some clicks. In the real world, console cycles are as far from dead as it gets. So I stick by that side of the field.
Using your thinking, First class is PC. X1 gamers (specifically One X buyers) are just in a better position with the One X than PS4 fans are with the Pro.......... from a technical standpoint. In regards to exclusive games, X1, right now, is about Economy Class, where PlayStation is the First Class.
It was neither.
OT: Reach for those stars, Sony!
I own a multi thousand dollar PC. No, Forza 7 doesn't match the best quality can pump out. No console game does.
@ Apocalypse Shadow: Best post I've read in a very long time!
Perfect!
He got many things right with Heavy Rain and this is how Detroit can exist in the first place. This time, it's the best from Heavy Rain and Beyond wrapped into a very exciting project.
Games are the biggest appeal regarding a console. Sony wins on that front in spades. Thus, as noted - no real threat.
You don't have to remind anyone here that you love Xbox. We know.
Nope. It isn't.
"Uncharted 4 is Uncharted 3 is Uncharted 2 is Uncharted 1"
Uh, no.
There comes a time when one needs to stop posting. This would be one of those times.
Translation: The most powerful hardware SHOULD always have the best graphical version. The PS3 learned another lesson last gen (regardless of "reasons" - it was still last gen's most powerful console hardware). Beyond that, if the devs don't put forth the effort, the most powerful machine may just end up identical to the weaker one (as is the case with a select few PS4/X1 titles).
As for the pics, the first two leaves me seeing a One X victory, while the ...
No coherence whatsoever.
6 TFs is nothing special. It's not even like you'll ever get to truly experience all of that, anyway. The games will still be made with the original X1's specs in mind.
What matters for the rest of the gen (or at least - it should) are games, not specifications (specifically not to many of us who have PCs that far exceed 6 TFs).
Sounds like you regarding Sony.
Funny how quickly people were ready to write off the Pro when they got the "other news". Not to get me wrong, I expect differences between the 1X and Pro multiplats, just not substantial ones.
