You walked right into this one. Never mind the PC in this conversation.
Yeah, it MUST be a slow news day!
Well, I only saw that the One X will run the game at the equivalent of PC max settings (not that it will be impossible, but I'd have to see it to believe it). It doesn't say what YOU said, however, and this is what my point was above. That there have been exaggerations following this system since its unveiling, whether from gamers or journalists.
@ DiRtY: With you being as partisan as you are, you wouldn't hear the point, anyway.
@ Lennox: There were certainly gamers (key word, since that what you asked for) that claimed every Scorpio game would run native 4K @ 60fps. The link is just an example of the exaggerations that have accompanied info about this system. That it would blow through "native 4K" without any trouble whatsoever. Now we're hearing things are a little different. Sure, remove the &q...
"Industry Insider" (a step above a fan) claimed "Sounds like it’ll run most games at native 4K no problem w/ room to spare for other visual [improvements]".

Sure, it's Gamingbolt, but you asked. :P
You know you're reaching when you use Ark as an example of anything. I have a PC that stomps a mudhole in both the One X and Pro and it had problems.
It's not always about power.
Not graphics, either. Both the new GT and Forza titles look better.
You'd think. But some choose preference over logic. Is what it is.
You did nothing to help the point. Since you decideded to make the comparison, PS4 has a lot more new IPs.
Next time, avoid that matchup altogether.
No, it really doesn't.
"Microsoft has always catered to these fans more than the competition"
They have? How?
4K is the present and past (thanks to the Pro and PC). Thus, with "beasts" already out, the One X will simply join an on-going party.
OT: No, right now, 4K isn't that big of a deal..Once developers start making games with it min mind, however, that will surely change!
It has? According to who?
The reason MS doesn't have to try harder is because fans like you don't push them to. You just eat up whatever they tell you and that's it...
@Inzo: Well said!
The definition of clueless.
OT: Keep doing what you do, Sony! 60.4m and counting!
Of course you'd link a Sony article. Try not to be too impartial or anything...
OT: No such thing as a future proof device. Hopefully, we'll get to see this thing actually show what it's made of, as multiplatform titles surely won't be able to do it.
Of course it can..........and will.
@donthate: If I can enjoy PC gaming now, which is already BETTER than what the One X can provide technologically, how is it "cutting edge"? You understand what that phrase means, correct?
Yeah, really REALLY miss the Bubble system.
No shame at all. Everything can't, and shouldn't, be on everything. Something Nintendo and Sony continue to understand.
