Yup, which is why you shouldn't take such articles very serious. Never mind that PS4 has the most Indie titles released and on the way. But, somehow, they're "losing their grip". Brilliant.
@McCrab: Not only is it far from a waste of money, it wouldn't be a waste even if I did no editing and such.
LOL!
Mine will be, too. The one I have now could easily tackle it, but I'm picking up an i9 7920X, two Titan Xps, and 64GB of RAM by October. So, ready I'll be. ;)
Which I have. So, that was a waste of typing.
@ Xander: Yeah, that's the plan. I can understand your situation, I'm just saying that investing in a PC is only a waste if that's all you'd buy it for.
So is buying the One X for a just "a few games in 4K" must also be a waste of money, going by that thinking.
Fortunately for those of us that actually care for the PC platform, there are much more options than that.
Yup! 4K and at Ultra Settings!
Uh, no.
Sony owns the rights to the game. Thus, it is like asking the same for Zelda.
Obviously. It's Sony owned.
Yep, lots of hypocrisy going on. With the One X, too. NOW, all of a sudden, power matters...
Since you're usually full of absolute BS, this is probably futile, but I'll bite. I'd like for you to explain some stuff.....
1. Who are the devs that have dropped Pro support?
2. How has the One X "crushed" the pro?
Another Indie dev could say that about Microsoft, but they didn't. So that's irrelevant.
You make some sense in your second post, but my point was that your original will only serve to spark a "mess" if people care more than they should. Nothing to "kid about", there.
@ Jason: Going by that thinking, it's just as "stupid" to argue Pro vs One X. Guess what? People like to discuss these things. No matter what they own. If you're against it, stay out of the article. It's that simple.
@ shive: Plenty. Why does that matter?
i7 5960X
Titan X (Pascal)
32GB DDR4 @ 2133MHz
Rampage V Extreme.
No console comes close and those are ALL outdated and soon to be replaced.
Messy only for those who choose to take it so serious. For people like myself, with PCs that already mop the floor with the One X, it's of no consequence.
Really, the bigger deal is plenty of In-House, 4K content. When they start to release plenty of that, then that's where the real "show" happens.
Buy. A. PS4.
Keyword is >>>exclusive<<& amp; lt;. Yes, that will certainly help a console sell more systems. Now put the name "Spider-Man" in there and you'd have to be as thick as a fat chick in a wet suit to believe this thing won't help push units.
Yet, Sony is STILL on top.
