I would suggest getting whoever made the CGI trailers for e3 and the TV ads back in the day to make a full length CGI movie, while I wasn't a huge Halo fan, watching the awesome CGI trailers from MS built the hype for me massively, they were always super slick and cool.
I would definitely watch a Halo tv show, let's hope it's good 👍
It seems this latest trailer is very polarizing, on the one hand there are lots of people who seem suitably impressed by what they saw while others were really underwhelmed.
I think I fall somewhere in between, as a stand alone trailer I can see why some might be a little disappointed however, when considered in the context of what has been shown previously as well as the developers track record, I cannot help but be excited and full of anticipation for what is to come from...
Agree completely but I wouldn't say Bloodborne was terrible on a technical level, it's certainly not as accomplished as the biggest PS4 titles, but I still feel Bloodborne was a technically good game.
Oh no no nooooo, don't phunk with my heart!
I'd be so excited if this materialised but I am not sure it will for the time being, development of Sekiro is in full swing so Miyazaki is committed elsewhere.
I am pretty sure we will get a sequel at some point, it makes too much commercial sense not to do it, it's just a matter of when I think.
That's just it though, your opinions aren't backed up squire.
Let's focus on your earlier article for example, where you claim Spiderman is over hyped, there are so many conflicting statements in it that it makes no sense.
The article is littered with opinions like '...the combat is exquisite' and then goes on to states about the combat '......so I am not writing it off just yet. It's not bad, in fact its fun'. It goes on...
I am excited for this game, but will be looking for the opinions of respectable commentators. If you want people to respect your opinions and reviews stop publishing your bullshit clickbait stuff, my browser will not be seeking you guys out for reviews and previews.
Personally, I think the game is deserving of all the excitement surrounding it.
We have a much beloved protagonist, a cast of exciting enemies, gameplay that looks stellar, almost universally positive reports from people who have played it at e3 and the knowledge that it has been developed by one of the best developers in the business.
This article is written for the purpose of soliciting a response from gamers who are excited for the game and providing a...
Another day, another poorly reasoned opinion piece from Gamingbolt.
Like many others who have owned Xbox consoles since the original Xbox, I have heard it all before. Spencer has been promising they were investing in games for years and only now do we see any actual evidence of that. The trouble is, given MS's frankly terrible track record of managing games studios, these acquisitions mean very little, I want to see actual games, not a slide on a screen at e3 with the...
The reason Ninja Theory enjoy a reputation is because of the kinds of games they made when they were independent. Those games were far from mainstream blockbusters and in my opinion, NT's kind of games do not jive with MS's ideas of what a successful game is.
Disingenuous article, Sony may have 1 mainstream exclusive left this year, but they are the only ones who have released multiple games this year. Off the top of my head, I have bought God of War, Yakuza, Detroit, Nino Kuni 2, Shadow of the Colossus, Dragons Crown Pro and I just picked up Lumines, a series I love (I know I have bought a few Japanese games too).
I am sure there are other titles I am forgetting too, but the point remains, trying to make an article where ther...
Great game, but that greatness has nothing to do with the graphics, no matter what resolution it renders at, it still looks like a PS3 title.
Best music of 2017 in my opinion and a fabulous game in general, enjoy Xbox gamers, it's such a good title.
Christ almighty, hold a grudge much Kribwalker? You need to get out more squire.
Suspect it's a matter of supply and demand in most cases, while the sequel is relatively easy to source online, Gravity Rush is more difficult to find.
I always make sure to buy these more niche titles as they often become tough to come by. I would heartily recommend the first game, it really was a fantastic port of a brilliant game.
Rose tinted glasses in my opinion. If you remove nostalgia from the equation most older games don't hold up, which is inevitable as game design continuously evolves.
I really liked RE4 back in the day, it was great then and it is important to recognise it's achievements and place in videogame history now, but it just doesn't compare to today's best titles in my opinion.
Personally I don't see any real justification for including the act itself in any media really. I have never seen a movie or played a game where seeing people having sex has furthered the story or built on characters in any meaningful way. It is only ever included for titillation and nothing more, if characters having sex is important in showing relationship building it is very simple to convey that a couple have shagged without the viewer having to watch it.
Make light of it all you want squire, but tens of millions of people like me have voted with their wallets rather than "crying to their mummy" and that's why MS are up shit creek with the exception of the Americans, who seem just fine about being lied too these days.
Not playing the victim at all. MS lied to me at e3 2015 in order to trick me into buy their console, I was shown a raft of software, Hololense and I was specifically assured that the power of the console was going to be multiplied through the implementation of Cloud technology.
None of those things happened, none of them. The games all went to PC, a platform I already owned, Hololense was another lie and they ditched me within a year or so and marketed directly to people ...
So, MS (& your devs) any chance you could give me some news to be excited about? I know I am only a XB1 owner and you are looking to move on, but your cloud implementation was supposed to make my console capable of this kind of performance.....hello, heeeellllloooooo, anyone!
In all seriousness, I feel pretty much abandoned by MS as an early adopter of their console.
Very fair and balanced opinion, and I would suggest, very accurate too.
Brilliantly put! 🤣
