Would much prefer they expand on the Ratchet & Clank universe and provide a deeper bite systems/mechanic wise. Throw in more exploration and a longer campaign with rpg progression elements.

It matters because when a company rakes in over 70 billion a year they have the financing to make great rpg’s. Not a slight towards other third party rpg developers at all.
Also as I mentioned in the beginning, I play 90% on my Playstation, so I’m aware of the rpg catalogue that’s exclusively on the console. I’m specifically waiting for one of their highly acclaimed 1st party studios to take on a franchise of that caliber.
Yea man I play 90% on my PS and 10% between switch and xbox. But if Sony doesn’t step up their fun (and deep) RPG game this next gen and get a franchise revived like Dark Cloud or Rogue Galaxy to compete with other massive jrpg’s then their lineups are going to become repetitive and stale in my opinion.
They can’t continue to solely bank on telling good stories in games, they need to be complimented with gameplay that doesn’t get repetitive after 5-10 hours and nothing to ...

I find it hard to believe that the OneX retailed for $499 at launch, yet somehow the Series X will retail for $100 less with a SSD and more expensive and superior hardware

From a gameplay perspective, you’d make a valid point. However the “entertainment” medium as a whole would beg to differ. Nonetheless, their deep and fun mechanics throughout as well as exploration is excellent. Where both adults and kids can get through and enjoy the experience

What? These aren’t Supermassive (Dark Pictures Anthology) 8 hour experiences. These are 35-80 hour experiences Depending on how you choose to play them. Not only is the length worthy of full price, but the QUALITY of this game is on another level that I haven’t felt since I first played Kingdom Hearts. Didn’t want to put the controller down.
The last three chapters were among my favorite of the entire game. Although the whole game was flawless so it’s hard to really judge. Those who are stubborn and went into it without an open mind are those who will complain about any changes. The changes were necessary to keep the FFVII world that they lovingly created all those years ago alive. They now have an opportunity to give us all more of the characters once this remake is done. Can span out to multiple numbered games in the series now...
Dragon’s Dogma: DA is an amazing game and for under $10 it’a a solid deal
Obviously my comment came off as negative so it’s understandable. The point is that just like anyone else would, I’d simply prefer they improve it in every which way and make it more convenient in how we access content. Sliding the bar to get to the game/app you want to play is inconvenient and not creative. I believe they’ll make adjustments just don’t want it to be bare boned upgrades.
UI will be key. I get disagrees up the ass for this opinion, but the UI on ps4 is uninspiring and unoriginal so I’m really hoping for an overhaul
