I hope they recover as regardless of some of their more recent games FF holds a special place in my gaming heart.

On topic havent played either, but sure they're fine! U3 I will be buying for the SP so am saving myself for that!
I dislike that more and more demos MP only when I think the SP element better shows what the game is capable of. That said I do understand that some people love MP and the replay value it gives!

I was just pointing out the sales don't mean s#*t. and Fanboys who state US = world are wrong!
In truth I wouldn't rely on these numbers or even the ones I quoted and really it doesn't matter so long as the consoles are both doing fine!
The above said these US numbers don't surprise me with the exception of the PS2 doing much better than I ever thought.

It is what it is but I'm not sure most people realise that fact!
Not so much so when you note that BD discs tend to repeat data around the disk plus whilst DVD discs can be mastered to push data to the (faster) outer edges of the disc, with games getting bigger and bigger there is now less room to do so thereby nullifying any difference in data read speeds accross disc formats!

Indeed.. No doubt some are duplicates / multiple accounts.. But sales are up so thats all that really matters (PSN wise).
I do get some games bug out on Steam same as non-Steam games do so can't fault Steam for that.
In all I think Steam is good and the deals are great! I picked up 2 Borderlands Game of The Year Edition for like £4.90 the other day, you cant say no at that price.
Steam type intergration in consoles I'm for to an extent but there's nothing like opening the wrapper on a brand new game and slipping the disc in your console imo!

Edit: Be careful of course as not all 2.5" drives are equal you'll need a drive no higher than 9.5mm, some go up to 15mm.
