I was going to say I want to see more "Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch" news but I see it was at E3 2012 with demo so Jan 2013 release looks like it'll happen.

Well that's nothing to shout about, all it means is they are relying on hardware as opposed to coding properly for what we have!

Best visual fidelity does not = Best graphics..
Just because a game can run without aliasing at 1080p+ does not mean it is graphically better than another game with aliasing running at 720p!
What about:-
Animations (body, face, movement and reactions)
Atmosphere
Lighting
Environment
Colour
Fine Detail (aliased or not)
Consistency
Texture/materials (in some games everything is just too smooth) <...

Will be downloading Infamous 2 and LBP 2 when I get home.. I was totally taken by Infamous and couldn't put it down. Was very underrated imo!
PS+ is well worth it and has more than paid for itself as far as I'm concerned!
As for the rental thing... In the UK we have to pay a Tv license so is that Tv rental.. If we stop paying we can't (in theory) watch any TV!! Plus people pay 30 quid a month paying for mobiles but moan about a small fee where you...

2. Plenty of other Game events to come, GC, TGS etc!
3. Why are Sony or indeed MS going to show 'big new reveals' when imo they would be overshadowed by new hardware!
4. We as gamers are still winning and especially if your PS+
5. We know Sony dont wait for shows to reveal new games!
6. MS-5.5, Sony-8.5, Nintendo-??? (expect 9+ purely for 'new' hardware even though it doesn't really appeal to me personally)
@--Onilink-- I think he was trying to show you that there are controls available for smart phones and tablets... not WiiU concept as far as I know, phones already have nfc too, mine does and would expect next round of tablets to.

@Babyclami But streaming games is already upon so why would they go to the expense of putting more than 4gig of ram in and bumping up the consoles price.. Manufacuters dont earn money really from consoles but rather fromes the games a services on them!
Depends what Next gen consoles are going to be doing!
If they remain as mainly gaming machines and aren't running multiple tasks at once then 2-4gb max would be all that is needed.. but once you start multitasking it almost becomes a more general purpose pc in nature and you should pretty much look to double that 4-8bg!!
Regardless 10gb + and 20bg is kind of stupid talk really!
If true I expect pretty much all PS2 titles to be announced as available at the same time as it would bypass backwards compatibility and the need to re-code games for PSN release. They can then lay the blessed PS2 to rest and concentrate on PS3 and next gen!

As long as they maintain the ability to play online for free then what's the problem with having a paid 'option' for those that want it?

True.. and a bad thing for all us 'legit' gamers, as Sony will have to divert attention and money at defeating Pirates instead of putting it into new services and games!!

Wonder if 'Datura' was in any way a test for including certain Move interactivity in 'Until Dawn'.. not sure who's behind 'Until Dawn' but I'm looking forward to it!
'Datura' was good as a test-bed and quite beautiful if also a bit frustrating.. if my theory is right hopefully it'll iron out the wrinkles for the release of some great Move games..
