I can guarantee you that it will not be vsync 60fps on 360.
Bioshock was a far less demanding game on a much older engine in comparison to Rage.
You would think they'd learn how to spread work across SPUs...all you have to do is look at a game like Uncharted 1 and 2 to see that texturing is something the PS3 can definitely handle.
Yes games can, and yes games do, have moral choice. How well the game immerses you into the experiences determines how seriously players will approach the choice.

360 will probably spike at 60fps, but with screen tear and disc switching.
I'll take vsync 30fps and 1 blu-ray. I'm content with that.

The key phrase there is "WILL BE CAPABLE". He didn't promise that all games would be 120fps...he said the PS3 would support the tech down the road...that's a far cry from a promise.

1080p60fps was absolutely NEVER promised on PS3 games. It was presented as a GOAL and a future DESIRE for PS3 development.
