Just look at his freaking head...I don't consider that to be high-poly, honestly. I can see corners all around his head.
They squished the images from Mass Effect 1...those aren't 16:9 native...they were probably pulled from some weird resolution on PC and squished to 16:9 for the 360 comparison.
Yeah but everything in Haze besides the grass look worse the Reach so far.
Reach is going to be vastly improved in all technical areas. Lightmapping, AI, dynamic lighting, textures, motion capture, particle physics...it's gonna be a nice package this time.
Is there anyone left in the universe who can do SCANS? Photographs of magazines SUCK so bad...seriously, what the hell.
It is implausible to have a film totally void of cliches.
In fact, cliches to a certain extent, especially with Sci-Fi, help one to identify with it more easily, even though it's set on a fictional planet with a fictional race and in the future, no less.
EDIT: I agree regarding the abyss. Film critics are a strange breed.
The reason people are so enamored with the film is because it brings the magic back into movies. James Cameron has the know how and the dedication to really bring you into the film, especially now that he's taken advantage of newer, more natural and refined 3-D tech.
I can't remember the last time I was so excited and swept up in a magical, yet totally believable world like I was with Pandora.
Also, the central love story is subtle yet compelling, and tugs at your he...
Bad Company should be worried about topping Modern Warfare, which it does.
Better light mapping, better sound, better physics, vehicles, destruction, bigger maps, bullet drop, bullet travel time...the only thing Modern Warfare has over Bad Company is framerate. And that's not even completely stable all the time anyways, so as an overall package, Bad Company 2 will, in my opinion, surpass Modern Warfare 2 in quality.
Not buyin' it.
lol!
Only a noob thinks that buying a better graphics card magically makes games prettier.
You gotta have all the good supporting hardware to go with and support your graphics card.
We need to see at least 2xAA + 8xAF before the game can even begin to look as smooth as Uncharted.
And no screen tearing. 30fps lock.
Eh...I can definitely tell there's a difference between all the weapons in this game. Different recoil, aiming speeds, weapon sounds, etc etc.
Another Unreal Engine game...god I am so sick of this sh|t
Like others here, I too blame the Unreal Engine. The plague of same-looking and bland, over-bloomed fuzzy glow shooters has ruined the image of the 360. The only thing impressive to me in Bioshock was the art direction and story. That could have been done on any other engine, UE was chosen only because of cost.
Microsoft HAS MONEY, why can't we see exclusives using proprietary engines anymore? Middleware is so uninspiring and it just leads to devs cranking out games as fast as th...
And then report her for being "Lame" lol
Some of the coolest hot girls I know are the best belchers out there. They like to walk around in pajama pants all day and eat snacks and play Call of Duty MW2.
It's undeniably refreshing to be around girls that can hang around with guys and not be obsessed with self-image all the time. Obviously they look fantastic when we go out or go to dinner or something of the sort, but when it comes to hang out time...it's just like Al Bundy...lean back...unbuckle the belt, and hand undern...
lol! Gotta love it.
Whoever disagrees with the guy above me, or me, is an idiot.

"new kind of jungle" a.k.a. "concrete jungle" a.k.a. a city environment.
Crysis 2 will be in urban environments. Yay.
