I just hope it doesn't become too important. I love Japanese games, but the cartoon style I cannot get into. There has been more of these style games from japan than the last two gens and I really lack Japanese games to play now. Literally have maybe 6-7 JRPG's and a couple of action/fighting games
True, If you have a smart TV and connect the PS3 to the DVI/HDMI rather than HDMI. Then it will actually output at its max resolution automatically. Some smart TV's also display in the corner of the screen the output resolution which is handy to confirm your smart tv is outputting correctly. Even when it switches from XMB to game these particular TV's will notify you of the resolution you switched to
I have a 500Gb External drive, It cost me £50
Now it works with the xbox too, however the Xbox limits me to using only 16Gb of the available 500. Pretty much forces you to pay almost twice the price for a drive 1/2 the size
Also, was the wifi adapter not priced at 8x the price of an normal adapter? I remember those being like £80 in shops
That doesn't sound as bad I will admit, The idea that they can delete accounts still sits rather uncomfortably with me personally. I know other companies have such policies but often they require you to be an *** first.
Its still not as bad as XBLs always on digi-download games though I admit, But in the PC competition, Steam does still sit better with me, This doesn't mean I hate Origin. I just feel their policies need to be more lenient if they wish to compete with ...
Ah, apologies, I didn't notice. I have to say though that I tend not to follow that pattern myself, I create often something I would never want to be, A hero who does every little chore for everyone, or an utter *******
I don't know entirely, but in UK the discount is active. If it isn't in US by tomorrow then its likely UK only
I disagree, my ideal self is not an old man crawling through grass, An overly muscular grunt chainsawing through mutated locusts, Nor a fat Italian plumber hooked on mushrooms and glowing flowers
You like the idea of booting up each and every game to avoid it being deleted, whether you feel like playing it or not?
I honestly think Valve would at least try to come to a solution where gamers can keep their purchases
Hope they do it right, Bungie do build good universes. But I don't really do MMO.
That screen as well, I hope its not from the game, or else the engine would actually be a downgrade
Yeah the dlc put me off pretty quickly, I purchased one and that was enough. To buy the lot would have cost almost as much as the game brand new on PSN. And from what I hear the long-awaited 'Witch Hunt' DLC sucked a lot.
In all honesty though I think I was one of the few that actually thought Dragon Age was lacking a lot of content even in its original. I know the 3 dragons didn't really quench my dragon slaying thirst either
I would like a modern day London GTA. Just to get a change of scenery. Even one set somewhere like France or Italy would be welcome for the huge change in architecture
that price would be more acceptable. However I think games should be priced according to their single player length now that the online pass is coming into play. With online making its money through that I don't see why SP value couldn't dictate price.
£40 for skyrim and other games of similar length.
£25 for a typical FPS, £30 for a particularly long game. Many niche genres have been pricing differently for a while anyway
No thanks, remake or no sale. I certainly have not waited all this time for better sprites. If they do make it, I want more from it. I know it sounds greedy. But if FF7 gets a remake it should be something more similar to the tech demo they teased us with years ago
I know eh? I lost all hope for wii games that have a 360/ps3/pc counterpart after seeing what they done to dead rising to get it on wii.
Wii does have fun games, but they tend to only be the ones designed for wii exclusively from the ground up
See I find the game to be fairly easy for the most part, And actually find the land evolving on its own to be one of the greatest features.
I never have played a god game before but for my first one, I am enjoying it a lot. This just seems like a love it or hate it kind of game
Good review, I totally agree that a sandbox mode would really make this game fantastic. Personally I would have mentioned more on how the naturally evolving landscape can be as enjoyable as it is a setback in some levels, As the way the three major elements react to each other is rather impressive. The general physics overall are of a very high standard for any game let alone a digital download
Well square tend to call all their tba's project x. Don't get too hopeful, the last project x was dungeon siege 3
Atlus only published, I don't mean to sound as if I am downplaying them, They are a great help to the guys in US with a broad taste in games. However being from UK, a lot of what they get to you actually ends up coming to us from a different publisher.
I hope the EU gets a bit more attention from atlus as it seems at the moment someone else follows suit for them over here
No offence but 10/10 for a laptop that costs that much is way overkill. For that money anyone could setup a stupidly high end rig. I get that its a killer laptop. But being Alienware it shall never deserve a 10 purely for its pricing.
Not to mention its bulky as hell compared to most laptops which should hurt it in the points department
I think he means in term of sales, rather than tech, Although they never really can say that otherwise gamers tend to start asking for next gen.
The tech which can be pulled off on the current gen of consoles is peaking VERY rapidly though, But I wouldn't get too excited about a new xbox within a year. Too many planned 360 releases through early and late 2012. 2013 seems to be the year that is more plausible as everyone is currently avoiding 2013 releases
