Beneficial how? giving the PS3/PSP community the middle finger in favor of the mobile crowd. Or dropping all prices and losing a lot of money
Edit: Also a PS1 game packs more value than an Ipod app, So app prices shouldn't really apply, if anything it should have the same availability as PSN price and content wise, As far as its hardware can carry it
Really? man that sucks, I hope next time they give themselves the time to add them. That would really make it feel like a throwback to the old days then. Not that it isn't already doing a great job at that anyway
I know its only the spec ops video, But I just get a feeling that is a killstreak too. I know MW got pretty unbalanced at times when you were being hammered by a heli but the dogs really broke WaW for me, Just got way too out of hand.
Edit: @3GenGames, I never tried to say I know, but we have had the dogs for a while now, Its pretty justified to see this as a likely Killstreak. Never tried to say it is just I feel it will be. Whats so wrong about being worried about possibly...

Seriously? I don't often bash CoD because I have actually purchased the majority of them (except MW2 & BLOPS) but this seems like a really desperate move. I would really prefer it if they cut back on all this over the top stuff and went back to what made the original MW fun

Well, to be honest its starting to come to light how deep these gangs run. All of the people around were likely involved. One of the guys they just arrested for being involved with the rioting gangs, He was a primary/elementary school teacher
In general the younger generation in the UK have really low morals, Its really strange because the US seem so disgusted by some of the stuff coming out of this rioting, yet in UK, its more the fires etc that is shocking most people. Violence over stupid things is common.

Probably had a little bit to do with the fact the people who mugged him were older, yet you would never suggest one of them was a man in any way. All these riots are being performed by kids more or less, even the over 25s can hardly be referred to as an adult. But I say deal out the punishment hard, They have done more damage to the UK in 4 days than the IRA managed to in years, Its becoming borderline terrorism.
There's even talk of it spreading out into the smaller town...
The game sharing is pretty good but unfortunately my family all own 360s, Very clever idea though, But as for price I normally pay RRP at the local GAME store (No idea why lol) But yeah many stores compete heavily on price now. Superstores in particular, My partner just came back with a discount voucher for Deus Ex from Sainsburys ironically.
In general though I always prefer the money to bypass retailers, Provided the price is at the RRP at least

I think it was a matter of you missing the point of what was being said, They are not saying anything about finding hidden power, They simply said for the first time in the Bioshock series, They will max out the PS3 resources, Meaning simply in the past they did not need to use those resources to get the result they wanted, And that in some way or another Infinite will require those resources. It makes sense as it is clearly a step up over the previous 2 bioshocks in...

Didn't actually know it worked that way, and I hate to sound like a whiner, But if that's the case Sony should sort out their pricing, Because I paid the typical £40 UK shop price, Yet on the network they were asking £50 at release.
I like DD but I wont pay extra for it, and if they receive all the money while charging more its kind of a kick in the teeth really
Not trying to boost PS3 here, But this is why I think all consoles should be region free, I'm in UK so this time it doesn't really make a difference for me, But there are plenty of titles that I have had without a wait thanks to that particular feature. Actually playing games now that we won't see here until December or later.
At least Wii's are dirt cheap now so for anyone who really needs these game can always buy the PAL wii for next to nothing

The same thing that happened to the reviewer here is what happened to me, I really had no interest for this game due to the marketing it received (particularly in japan)
But after seeing it plastered everywhere and scoring high in almost all reviews, I had to see what all the fuss was about, So worth it

Tomb Raider didn't do so well because you can gaze endlessly into Laras 32 bit ass as she crawls, but because it was a good game
Yeah except NV wasn't even half as unplayable as it was quoted to be, In over 100 hours of play I personally encountered about 6 freezes etc. That's not really that bad
