So out of hundreds of thousands of people who have bought the Wii U since it launched a few weeks, they skip all of the positive overviews wait to find the one user making a complaint to cover?
This was a regular problem on the PS3 and still is for some game, but I don't remember seeing people covering generic videos of it likes its major news.
People will find any angle they can to hate on Nintendo.
That Rare no longer exists. They created Free Radical, pandered to Sony when the PS3 came out and died.
Don't expect to ever see the games you saw in the old days. The only great games from post split Rare are remakes of the games made by old Rare.
Same here. The game with the highest RAM requirement I've played to date is Far Cry 3. It recoommend 8GB for best performance.
I have 8 GB but 44% of that is always in use by the programs. I run Farcry 3 at max setting and the fps stays of 100.
Putting 8 GB in a console would make the consoles more powerful (gaming wise) than modern PCs. Considering that consoles don't use normal RAM, that will make them far more expensive as well. 8 GB of proprietar...
It didn't hurt Nintendo this gen, why will it hurt them in the next?
I actually kind of wish they would have kept this design. I've always been fan of more buttons. Especially when they are easy to access and recognize. It could have been better than the N64 controller.
And I'm sure after the next CFW is released, people will be waiting for the next PS3 update which will not be small or short.
I doubt they will make anywhere near as big a deal as they have made about the Wii U updates which were announced and known to be coming in advance.
There are currently 9 or 10 confirmed native 1080p games on the Wii U.

Why are people so concerned about regional differences in handling. They aren't buying things from the EU. I guess people just want something negative to focus.
I've seen few article discussing the benefits of the new features on the Wii U, but endless articles find every negative nuance they can make to pick at.
This news should say homebrew channel "on" the Wii U, not for it because it doesn't work on the Wii U at all. It works only on the Wii emulator in the Wii U and it can't do anything at the moment.
This is just as misleading as the last two time times this news was posted on here.

Um, the point of that statement was that its not an issue with the Nintendo's hardware.
That's an issue with 3TB hard drives themselves in general even on modern computers.
Only specialized formats and file systems can access over 2 Terabytes on a hard drive. Its a software limitation.
You will have to convert the drive to GPT and extend it to 3TB then the Wii U will use all of it. They are making this out to be a flaw with the Wii U...
Nintendo definitely will and I see no problem with it as it actually enhanced the games they made.
As far as Sony and Microsoft's consoles are concerned...thats another matter.
Thats file system limitation. The same thing will occur if you try to use a 3TB hard drive under Windows without special formatting.
I suppose they have to find someway to push some negativity in with the news though.
So, using the logic that people use with the Wii U, I guess that means that the PS3 is weaker than the 360.

Its not an issue. They intended for you to use and external hard drive as your primary storage device from the very beginning.
That was well known to anyone who knew even the most basic information about the Wii U before launch just as the launch update was.
There are far to many people trying to insist upon nonissues as problems.
There was a good reason. The reason is that the new enhancements can't run on the PS3 and 360 with downgrades. This was stated by the dev.
Your lucky. My PS3 stalls on loading things all the time an it also crashes a lot. Not sure what the cause is. It happens most often when I'm trying to return to the system menu from a game.
I miss the days where gaming console weren't waiting down with all of this useless media garbage. You bought it, put the game in and played the game. That's one thing I wish Nintendo would have stuck with.
