And maybe a game with the guts to go AO and not freak out. I'm not saying they have to include flat out porn, but if a game were to utilize sex in the same way as say a show like "Nip Tuck", I think it would be a bold new move. Don't just make it all sex though. You could incorporate drug use, deadlines for papers, classes, juggling relationships, fights, and the pressure of being kicked out of school due to grades, financial aid, or mommy and daddy pulling the plug on your funds. ...

To now waiting for Home and in-game XMB, along with Accomplishments.
It's all coming guys. But rushing it out would not be good for anyone.
even w/o the promise of DLC. Hard to think R* wouldn't work out something special for Sony (it is on Sony's console that their game received it's acclaim) but this is a time when money talks and....well you know the rest.

that's a great score. That's a "you can buy this game in peace" score. Glad to see it got AAA. Can't wait to rent it. That's right, I'm renting it. Not because I doubt it's good but because I bought 3 games recently and can't splurge on games for a while....or at least until GTA4.
and if you are, good for you. Me, I played Vice City well into the next year. I was done with the Missions but I was just messing around with the police and driving around. This GTA sounds so deep that I think I'll be able to do all kinds of stuff for a long long time. I hope the extra content comes to PS3.
Umm....I disagree with you there. I think both SOny and MS want to beat the Wii. They can't, but they want too. This move is all about GTA IV. MS knows that despite having the exclusive content, it wasn't a sure thing that all those people set to buy a next-gen console to play this game would get a 360 to play it. Hence the price cut. This puts the pressure on Sony to try and match it. Sad part is if a lot of people do buy the cheapest 360 available-the core/arcade-they're getting ripped off ...
Wow. I had to stop reading your post right there. I hope you're not comparing it to Crysis on a 4k rig cuz that's just not fair. Drake is, without a doubt, the prettiest and most vivid game I've ever seen on a console. And I've seen Gears and claimed that was the king for the longest...until Drake came out. You talk about the article being biased and then you turn around and make some biased statement about Drake's Fortune.
and it was significantly more than a week. I think I waited like 6 months plus to get the game on PS3 when it was supposed to be a launch game. I'll gladly wait a week to rent this game.
and while it may not be as abysmal as the original Xbox, that still doesn't make it a viable endeavor. MS, is it worth the marketing, shipping, etc to do business over there? The Japanese are not jumping in to your system. They want Wiis and PS3s. MS should take that money wasted on trying to sell 360s in Japan and use it to sell a 360 that won't break. And I'm not trying to be mean here, I'm serious.

not that Motorstorm was wrong, it just felt like a very meat and potatoes kind of racer. It's the little extras that really make a racer. Heck, after enjoying Burnout so much I think they should go open environment on the island. Can't wait to see what they do with that engine.
I don't want to wait for it to get to me. I'd rather just have it the night/day of my purchase.

How is that still around? Wasn't it limited edition? As in...limited? Seems like it's everywhere. And just yesterday I saw a Halo legendary edition for like only 10 bucks more than the game.
C'mon. There's 360s in every major retailer I went into on Saturday. And I know cuz I was there looking for Patapon. That game was sold out all over town. Anyways, they're dropping the price just to get the GTAIV crowd. Lets be real. Supply issues is just a way to save face in the rising surge of PS3 sales. Amazing how well PS3 is doing when it "has no games".
