MS and Sony would stop trying to put out advanced consoles because Nintendo had success with Wii? No. Of course not. What they'll do is put out their own casual friendly console. Sony, I never lost faith in your console. I just wish you'd release a console with some games on a set release schedule and not the multiple delays. The game drought on PS3 was rough. So happy those days are over.

if you just got a PS3 I know you're like "whatever" about a launch game but it was really a fun game. Motorstorm should be there as well. I would like to pick up Motorstorm but I'm waiting for part 2. Also, NGS should be platinum and if it is and you don't have DMC4 then you should pick it up.

once the island is available and the in-game custom soundtracks come I can hold off until GT5. I know Prologue is a deep game but 40 bucks is kinda steep for a half game. I know you GT guys are more than happy with prologue but I think I'll wait to purchase GT5.
ever shot someone with the .50 cal in COD4? Yeah, no way someone takes one shot and moves at all let alone lives. Then again it's a videogame and I don't need it to be completely accurate. How much fun would it be if you died after one or two shots?

And GTA comes out on the 28th or 29th. I think I see Sony's GTA prevention strategy. I never knew GT5 was this big. I might have to at least rent it. I was scared of the intense simulation of the game but "The Show 08" is said to be Sim heavy and I love it. Maybe I'll give GT a try...if I can find it for sale anywhere.

Okay, I can see getting on the graphics because it did look like Halo 2.5 but only a 7 in fun? That's insane. You had no fun playing Halo 3? Heck, the multiplayer alone is worth a 9 in Fun.
