Guns are made to be highly efficient killing machines. Video games are not. Don't conflate the two.
I'm pretty sure there aren't many PEOPLE out there being killed by PEOPLE using a video game, consoel, controller, or related accessory as a weapon.
The Daily Mail is a far right rag, so they're scapegoating video games to avoid talking about guns.

Please stop repeating something you heard someone else say, because you don't know what you're talking about. It's not a bug causing problems. It's a sudden increase in traffic causing the problems. So we'll keep enjoying our systems for probably about a year before you buy yours at the same price, only to realize when that next blockbuster hit comes, that has everyone jumping online, that you'll be experiencing the same issues.

Capcom should just give RE a break. Make a true sequel to Dino Crisis 2. It can be survival horror or action. It really doesn't matter. Dino Crisis 2 was actually the first Capcom survival horror title to cross over to action, but it was really good.
Does Amazon have a PS store for Japan or any country that would receive the Asian version of Japanese games? This could be a way to avoid foreign PSN cards where the prices have been inflated to sell to importers.

I understand the COPPA compliance. What I don't understand is the policy of not refunding the money. 50 cents seems insignificant and they do say it's going to a charity, but I wonder is that money being provided to the charity by MS and what kind of tax write off they may be looking at from those donations.
Update: To clarify, I'm not asking if MS keeps the money. I'm asking if the money is going to the charity in MS's name so that they could be eligible...
