The Uncharted delay may have put MS in a better position. I can't imagine it would take that much more persuading ($$$) to convince SE to launch at a time it won't have to compete with Uncharted.

Is the title of the article not true? There's a reason for the PS4 focus in the title. They talk about PS4 becoming the console of choice for fighting games. Nitpicking an accurate headline when reading the article addresses your concerns seems less concerned about accuracy and more concern trolling just to say it's not exclusive to PS4.
Tell 'em. Only game I ever double dipped on, too, other than a cheap copy of MK9 when it was on sale and I'd just bought my Vita. Dragon's Crown is a lot more recent though. Give it some time.
I picked up Odin's Sphere when it first released. Still early in the PS3 era, but late enough where you wouldn't expect them to be dropping PS2 exclusive gems. There were a number of classics releasing under the radar on PS2 around that time, like Persona. Muramasa was a sort of spiritual successor.
