... I have the game on my PC and I rented it for the Xbox 360 and they look fine.
I'd like to ask what output method they used for the output on the 360 as compared to the PC? Did they use DVI on the PC and composite on the Xbox? There's very little data given in regards to this.
I bet I can make the colours on my PC look much less vibrant. I can change my video settings so that the game is fricking black & white if I wanted to. I can also set the colour so that it's ...
Is it possible that Capcom is testing the waters of the PS3 with this title? If they do this and the PS3 owners piss on them for it they may just not bother with any future releases.
The way I interpret this is that the PS3 owners don't really want Capcom titles on their system, they just don't want Capcom titles to show up on the 360 first or even worse, they don't want Capcom titles to show up on the 360 at all, which in the end would be the worst business for Capcom).
That's right! A streetfighter game where thousands of people log in and play simultaneously in a mystical land full of commandos that spar against knights in ill fastened armor in an attempt to discover that the frozen planet that you're on is actually a zombie infested train and every guy in the game is playing Milla Jovovich.
I am however playing them on my PC. Not my Xbox.
Sony will tell you what they want to and you will believe them. I'm sure you still believe that rumble is last gen.. no wait next-gen rumble is next gen but rumble is last gen. What? um.. nevermind.
The propaganda that keeps getting layed down on us says that the PS3 is more powerful and that you just have to work harder to "unlock" it's true potential. To me that sounds like the company simply making the console as cheaply as possible and forcing the developers t...
I love the way they did the in car view. With your viewpoint getting jostled about in reaction to the movement of the car.
... "The Intarweb: Apathy is our business".
Kind of sad but I always expect crappy behaviour from people on this site.
The thing to keep in mind though is that it was a release title. As such it can be assumed that it was was rushed to make the launch. That being the case they wouldn't have had time to refine their engine.
PGR4 is a lot of fun but I can't help thinking that the driving engine has changed. Perhaps to improve the car handling but when I watch my car in replays it seems to do weird things every once in a while.
There's one that's being filed against the auto industry at the moment. For anyone who's purchased a new car since 2005.
Maybe Microsoft needs a slap as well.
Microsoft just recently released a pink controller for the 360 without any donations of any sort. I would have thought they'd have done the same but Microsoft likes to look out for number 1 I guess.
PGR4 is better than PGR3. In graphics, sound, track selection, dynamic weather and gameplay. The only part where it's lacking is in the "watch replay" mode. I get a headache because each camera view gets a maximum of 4 seconds before switching views, with 1-2 seconds being the average. I get a headache just trying to watch my replays.
While the whole god thing is debatable (well at least from the "he doesn't exist" standpoint) you have the right idea. Anyone who thinks that if someone puts a "spherical world" in their game that they came up with the concept is ridiculous.
People should not be able to copyright, patent, or even claim a mimic of reality as their concept. It's preposterous.
Double post :(
I remember this from quite a while ago. In the age of instant information it's kind of sad. It shouldn't be considered news... it's more like... olds.
...because the PS3 was taken out of the race by Sony's arrogance. Halo3 is just a boom for the Xbox 360. Sony took themselves out.
Halo wouldn't be Halo without the annoying 13 year old kids yelling.
Nice troll attempt.
Tom Clancy's Babysitter Simulator
Is it HD? :P
Are there still any features left in the console? Every time they cut the price, they rip something out of it. Now there's no backward compatibility whatsoever.
