Good ol' DVD still pummeling Blu-Ray and HD-DVD into a bloody pulp. :)
Mario whores himself out to Gamestop for crack.
What does apple have to do with gaming? :P
... that they're just cleaning out the last of their stock.
I wonder if the cancelled game is APB. It was supposed to be done by the folks who did Crackdown. I believe that was published by MS Game Studios too.
After playing Max Payne I was really looking forward to Alan Wake. :(
...I'm soooo happy that MS doesn't have folding at home or other things that 'urge' me to keep my console running 24/7.
I'm certainly looking forward to that game. Fall of 2008. That's a killer title. It will be multi-platform but that doesn't mean it won't be awesome on the 360!
From the looks of things in the messages below the video some of the people weren't very happy with the stuff the update had to give. I'm not flaming Sony here. I'm flaming EVERYONE!! Muhahaha...
No seriously. The last time the 360 was updated, aside from all the people who bricked and thought it was due to the update, I'm sure there were a lot of people who weren't too happy with the functions added. Is this just an example of "Nobody will every be happy" or are ...
/em pulls out his riot shield.
These flame wars are getting out of hand!!! ;)
They shouldn't really call it a killer until it's killed something.
... and they had to remove Anti-Aliasing to get it to run on the PS3. Yes the PS3 is much more powerful.
...Bethesda just purchased elderscrollsonline.com
I just checked Blockbuster (BBI) on Nasdaq and they're doing better now than they were this time last year.
What do you mean by "watching what other companies do."
I didn't see anything in the report about company other than Microsoft. Also their server performance is quite good in comparison with other online services.
Some companies take down their online services for several hours on a weekly basis (World of Warcraft) to keep everything running smoothly. The biggest problems I've had with Xbox Live (aside from the random jerk) is usually due to problems ...
Blu-Ray -- Disney -- Pixar -- Steve Jobs -- Apple
HD-DVD -- Toshiba -- Microsoft
The way I look at it, the less games that PS3 owners buy for their system, the more developers will shy away from producing games for the system.
This strange stance that the PS3 owners are taking is going to end up hurting the console rather than helping it.
If you're so dead set about the loyalty bit. Why aren't you pissed off at Square Enix for not making Final Fantasy for the Nintendo only? As a matter of fact I believe Capcom was making games for the NES and SNES long before the first Playstation even existed including *drum roll* Metal Gear!
Why aren't you pissed off and only buying Nintendo products for your Capcom fix?
Sad. Just sad.
I could care less about who wins and who doesn't. I just won't pick up a player while there's two formats competing.
