I've never had a disk scratched, I've never seen rings of death. I did however have my Xbox lock up on me which I rectified by giving it more room to breath.
I'm sure there are tons of people who have their Xbox sitting under a pile of dirty t-shirts and then when it blows up they get all indignant saying that they didn't treat it bad. :)
...by going back to WinXP until I can afford a PC that can run Vista. :)
... Jack Thompson take this game out. :)
It all depends on body mass too. If the guys who broke into the house were sufficiently larger than him, no martial art is going to prevent them from knocking him around.
We want Rally!
If they're using 20GB of textures for one track it's going to suck no matter what platform you're working with. I mean if they have anymore than 2 tracks it wouldn't fit on one Blu-Ray disc either. If they're planning on reusing most of the textures over and over then you're not going to get much variety in your scenery. Sounds kind of limiting as far as engines go. Lots of detail with no variety.... yuck.

As stupid and greedy of the church as this is, the devs should have just created their own locations. Not copied real ones.
You won't see anyone suing the Crackdown devs for this stuff and for the most part, the city in Crackdown was one of the more immersive ones I've ever seen as far as Sandbox games go.
...traditions usually stand in the way of progress. To keep themselves from creating a multiplatform game would be easier for the development team but it can also stunt creativity and the advancements that may appear out of diversifying their abilities.
Before you know it they'll take away nekkidness too.
Microsoft is buying Sony and Nintendo.
Game Over
Just kidding. I'm pretty sure it won't be an earthshattering announcement, whatever it is. :)
... one of the Resident Evil titles was multiple disc.
There are so many rumors floating around the internet recently that it won't be long before people don't even believe actual news.
I'm an 360 guy. I'm not going to say fan because I'm not anti PS3. When I saw Motorstorm I was awestruck.
But people saying some title is going to be an exclusive when it's not and saying that specific titles are going to be available on other platforms is not going to make it happen. It's going to breed ill will if anything.
Understood that this isn't about a game but over half the crap I see submitted to this site is unverified rumor posted solely to annoy other people and incite flamewars and nobody complains.
Considering there's no single player game in Shadowrun I don't think the score is too far off. Ok so you can play single with bots... whoopdeedoo. Forza 2 on the other hand has singleplayer, multiplayer, and a HUGE online community where you can auction off cars, get people to mod your vehicles for you, make paint jobs for you and a number of other things.
Maybe it's just that Shadowrun didn't get the hype that would have made it good. I think the multiplayer actually has so...
Where was Kate Archer?! Damn she had more games than Jade did...
I hope that becomes a standard. Even if Blu-Ray wins I hope they dominate. I'm so sick of region specific crap. :(
There's no way game are addictive. I'd stick around to argue but I have a raid in 2 minutes. ;)
These are all done with the tools built into the game. People make them out of several layers. It's a lot of work and the end result appears to be worth it. :)
They have to pay hush money to a lot of choir boys.
