They missed one key one ... Resident Evil IV .... best version was on Wii U with the Wiimote.
Possibly even on the Wii U :)
PS4, X1 and PC have, for the most part, the same games.
The Wii U has differentiated itself and the games, while perhaps not to your taste, do provide something different.
Are you that lacking in self confidence that you have to describe it as for "kiddies"?
I'll just stick to Metroid Trilogy ... for only $10 ... and wait till this game's price deflates to something reasonable given the apparent issues.
8GB is EXACTLY what you want if you are going digital only, as you'll be buying an inexpensive HD anyway to complement your system.
I have 32GB but it would never hold all the games I have. The 2 terabyte drive does that.
Well said, Concertoine.
Neither am I, but I have a Wii U, nontheless. I also have a PC.
They complement each other quite well.
I have to agree with the sentiment that you buy the console based on the games, although I have to admit I'd have difficulty not finding something on the Wii U - there is a lot out.
That is why my other gaming console is a PC, not a PS4 or X1. Nothing against those consoles, just not enough on them to justify the purchase.
I personally LOVE the look of Splatoon, and it is my #1 planned purchase.
This month? Sheesh.
Should pick it up for the Trilogy alone.
Okay .. new Metroid, with armour that gets removed to reveal a "Bayonetta" type :)
MMm yeah :)
Wiimote and Nunchuck. Not generally my favourite but in playing a bit of the first game, they work surprisingly well.
We had a Wii, but fell into disuse with the PS3. Nice thing though, all your games run on Wii U, has probably the BEST GAMES at the moment, all your Wii controllers work on it and they have some seriously great game deals.
The PS3 rarely gets used anymore to the point I'd like to get another Wii U, if they stopped tying the Nintendo ID to specific hardware.
Pick up an 8GB if you can get it cheaper, along with a USB HD if you don't already own one. <...
If you aren't a fan of ANY of the first party Nintendo games, or games like Monster Hunter, Bayonetta or X, then I think you should just stick to a PC.
You buy consoles that run the games you want, and PC has more games than anyone in this generation, other than the Wii U.
If it weren't for the stand, knowing what I know now I'd buy the 8Gb and a 2 Tera hard drive.
It is a no brainer.
The 32Gb I have now has 32GB (other than some minor system stuff) sitting empty.
I think premium also comes with charging stand, but the fact is the extra memory is of no real value. Just get a 2 terabyte HD for $50.
Just picked up my copy. Haven't played it before, so this will be sweet indeed!! :)
For $11 (Canada) and the reviews/comments I've seen, this is an unbeatable deal.
How many of those can I play on my PC?
Apparently all of them, based on Steam, except Madden.
Wii U and PC I can live with.
Looking forward to seeing these games on Nintendo products too - especially if they're good!
Feel bad for Sony - losing money hand over fist they need to sell assets.
