they should make loading bars that uncovers a relevant scene, clue, or art as it goes along.
360 only owners finally getting their taste of uncharted, lol
Heresy! You have to be out of your fing mind!!!!!!!
Even some 20+ years later, you'd be hard pressed to find a game that surpasses the level of exploration, emersion, and issolation than the original Metroid.
For crying out loud, it gave birth to an entire genre of kick ass games based on the joy of exploration and discovery! The side scolling adventure platformer, commonly refered to as Metroidvania, and all kinds of amazing games like blaster master...
Jet Force is an amazing game!
I would personally argue it was Nintendo's best 1st party game during the 64 era, with maybe the exception of Zelda.
Like Zelda, the entire scale of the universe is just light years ahead of what was out at that time. Each world is just so unique and beatifully imagined. It's how I'd imaged a star wars exploration game could have been, but set in a different universe.
And the music is just so ...
Sorry to hear this. They had some very talented people on their team.
Just have to say Folklore is such an amazing game! Even though it has some obvious and very last gen design flaws, the strong parts def. out weight these. The story and combat in particular are both exceptionally well done and really draw you into the game! If you like action rpg's you owe it to yourself to go pick it up ASAP.
Also, good luck to the team, hope they all find meaningf...
If they were smart they'd market it snubbing younger gamers, saying it's for the big boys only or something.
Example- Show some 10 year old twerp playing on the couch being really abnoxious, big brother in uniform comes in and tells him he can't play on his account and gives him the boot, then say the game is for big boys only, clips to real military personal in uniform playing around the world.
Other option is to have kid being really obnoxio...
Ten years later a game returned, lol
As long as it supports 2 they're fine.
Always good to hear when someone decides to do what makes them passionate. Otherwise what's the point to life?
Best of luck to him!!!!!
Why they didn't name it Wii Wii is beyond me, LOL
Also vita is a dumb name but I'll bet people settle on PSV which has a nice ring to it.
The family of six comment may be over exagerated a bit, and hard to hear from that source, but he still makes a valid point that everyone should be asking.
The wii was focused on easy to understand fun for the whole family with local multiplay as it's focus.
Now your telling me only one person at a time can enjoy the single defining feature of your new system and everone else has to play the old way. That's not just a problem! It's a f***ing c...
Kind of agree here. I'm not sold on all the potential functionalities of the controller. It appears to do a lot of interesting/cool little things, but none that really stand out as amazing or must have for me. Def nothing on the level of when the Wii was first released.
Plus the Wii's motion controls are easy to understand to even the non-gamer, and therefore easy to market, where as this thing looks a little more complex/abstract.
Becasue of th...
In all honesty I'm excited by the ability to play Zelda, Metroid, Mario, etc with beautiful visuals that match or even surpass the PS3/360. That alone will sell the system for me.
But I'm not as sold on are all the potential functionalities of the controller. It appears to do a lot of interesting/cool little things, but none that really stand out as amazing or must have for me. Def nothing on the level of when the Wii was first released.

I bet the majority of people end up settling on "PSV" vs "Vita"
My guess as to why they only showed one at a time is due to the fact that the system will olny come with one?
Where I agree with the article, and where I personally have a problem with Microsoft's plan from the perspective of a core gamer, is that they appear to be taking the Nintendo apprach to their core audience.
Just like Nintendo, they seem content in providing rehashed versions of the same few IP's over and over again, with little to no investment in original IPs.
Now don't get me wrong, just like Nintendo, those few IP's are huge. Halo, Gea...
50/50 chance of him on video saying sorry he can't be here but so busy working on having game ready, then showing off game, maybe release date?
LOL N64? MDK2 was released on the Dreamcast and later the PS2!
Also totally disagree on the score. IMO this game is not a 7, which indicates average. The graphics may be dated now but for it's day they we're top of the line! Also the gameplay, design, control, etc all still totally kick ass! It's an 8 easily, and a 9-10 for those with rosey nastalgia colored glasses like myself.
Hey Bioware/Interplay or who ever owns it, MDK3?
LOL, he needs to swap out the whole long "I got a free cookie, 2 tv's in my hotel, only black guys on the buss" intro segment parts and replace em with an original rap song based on the "movin on up" theme from the Jeffersons.
Not hating on the guy by the way, just sayin.
I personally love his enthusiasm, even though he's over the top. The game media industry needs him to offset the pesimistic and gruppy personas of Shane Satte...
Actully pretty sure Miyamoto got the name from Zelda Fitzgerald, who was the wife of writer F. Scott Fitzgerald. She was an icon of the 1920s Jazz Age and Roaring Twenties.
