Exactly... it isn't as if the turn based game has not already seen popular games get good support on console. Absolutely no reason given for excluding XB1 from the games in question.
We already know that is not fact as they have even already announced that a next generation console is in the works. Any idea that consoles will ever go away is just a poorly theorized premise that has been spread around forever in gaming.
Only if they can fix the streaming issues that already make streaming a lag fest for the majority of gamers. Downloading games currently is the only real viable alternative.
Point being though that you can still be native to PC and not exclude Xbox One console relationship. The idea of bringing a new game 'Gears Tactics' only to PC and not also make it available to Xbox One is against everything that Microsoft and Gamers have been talking about in recent years.

The real point is not cross-play but the locking of game data to PS4 where person can't even play on Switch if they chose to go mobile. Because Sony does not allow the data to be shared to another console. I think Epic themselves though can resolve this without Sony's assistance. Just allow players to unlink their data from PS4 and link it to Switch.
Seriously... a portion of the issue can be fixed by Epic themselves. They simply need to make it so players can unlink their gamer profile from Fortnite and link it to a different console. Players should be able to have the option to vault their data so they can use it for another console if they want. This should not interfere with any console rights and simply take away the console data connection. then later if Sony wants to play with others the users can link back up.
It is optional. You can in fact adjust the amount of jiggle.
@zekk - my Gold subscription ran out at the beginning of this month. Wasn't able to renew for awhile because no cards available in my region. My son was still playing Fortnite without access to my Gold login account.

You are missing the point where Sony just showed more of games they have already shown. While Microsoft had enough shown that many were stuff people were maybe hoping for or guessing would show but nothing had been shown of them yet.
Microsoft 50 games of which 18 were exclusives. Sony 16 games of which 11 were exclusives. So Sony had a better exclusive ratio but Microsoft showed more. So Microsoft had a lot of Multiplats shown but didn't mean they didn't show exclusives. Even showed some games that many had said would stay/be on PS only.
So Microsoft showing 50 games and Sony showing 18... seems like Microsoft showed a lot more while Sony tried to sell you on the games they wanted you to be interested in by showing very long videos of them.
Microsoft after having touted the availability of Xbox One to mobile and PC Devs for the past years and highlighting the ease at which mobile and PC games can be brought to Xbox One... well they choose to bring 3 new Gears exclusive games and 2 of those games will NOT support Xbox One.

@naruga - Japan has near zero affect on gaming as compared to how it used to. EU has surpassed it in a huge way and Japan is almost ready to be simply added to the 'rest of the world' category.
@UCForce - Did you play Red Faction Guerrilla? It didn't have the same complete destruction that previous games had. Only identified structures were able to be destroyed and the physics behind them were nothing like what is being done in CD3.

So the Ultimate edition is just a play to win set of guns and horse for multiplayer? Seems like just a little for the added $20. Still better than prices for Fortnite addons.
@Neonridr - exactly that. My GamePass is due to expire middle of June and I now have to think am I going to invest in GamePass again or simply buy State of Decay 2. Because for sure I am not choosing simply to stop playing State of Decay 2.
Except they directly countered their point of getting first party developers to help in the lack of exclusives for Xbox One when their very own development team announces 3 news Gears titles of which 2 are exclusive to eco systems that are not Xbox One.
