"Im sure you have to move your arms in all the sports games and definetly probably gets uncortable after awhile"

no, not really.

I agree with most all you've said. I just want to add a bit and chime in.

"In my opinion, the Wii has enough absolutely great games now that anyone who has money for two consoles and considers themselves a true gamer should own one, and help make sure that we "hardcore" have a greater hand in steering the future regarding what types of games are important."

This is something I don't think people are talking about much. The hardcore have a huge voi...

"That's what I did and those Wii sales charts don't bother me."

I don't agree with everything that you posted but it's nice to see someone who's gaming identity is not somehow threatened by games/systems they don't like... :p

No.

He wasn't taken away. He was warned because a letter he sent implied he'd made a mistake in not killing someone.

He's insane, that's all there is to it.

yeah, I mean, I love the thing. There are just a few things that bug me.

When I first got mine, I had owned a wii for about a year. So jumping into the ps3 menu was like the difference between a lake and a pond. Especially in the settings menu there was a lot to get thru. So for a couple of hours I was just giddy and even overwhelmed at times. Then I got used to it, and, like a lot of complex things, it simplified with use. After that there were just several things that really an...

"Errrr....sorry, this isn't meant as an attack, but do you have a PS3? Because you do not even have to touch the internet browser to send someone a photo.

1. Go to Create new message under Friends/Message Box
2. Put in friends PSN ID
3. Click paperclip (attach button) and select a photo on your HD
4. Press send"

I'm glad it isn't an attack, because there's far too much of that around. Yes, I have one.

However, none of my frien...

"Having the Charger have tons of running blue LED's when not being used is a horrible design flaw. "

Wow, I agree. Which third party made one that silly? Just so I can warn my friends.

Yep. So I upload my photo to the photo section, exit, open the browser, got to my email program, select a recipient, attach the photo and send.

Whereas with the wii I upload the photo, click send picture, select a recipient and send.

I'm not saying it's terrible, but it's several steps longer and far inferior to most phones, palms, ipod touch/iphone, the wii and most other connected devices or photo software like picasa/iphoto. An email client that's integrated would...

I'd tend to agree.

How exactly will releasing this at e3 stir any excitement? We've all heard about the rumored features and the only way anyone will be excited about anything other than downloading it will be if there's some amazing addition.

I can see how that'd be annoying, but I'm sure some of us keep it plugged in and connected because it's not in our bedrooms.

While I love the ps3's features and the xmb in general, I think it's pretty sad that it's ten times easier to send a photo to someone (or a mii, or a note for that matter) from the wii than from the ps3, which is supposed to be some sort of media center. Sony needs features, sure... but ease of use and streamlining would make some "lame updates" very welcome once we get in-game xmb...

Number of disc sales or disc sales rates, please.

Unless there's some uptake in movie sales, I don't see any evidence that the format's gaining mindshare. The faster adoption rates could mostly be gamer oriented.

Ridiculous.

"If you look on Gamerankings.com you see that the in the past 12 months there have been 10 different titles that average a score of 90% or better. Not bad, especially considering that in the same past 12 months you have four teen games, zero E10+, and two games that are rated E that have scored an average of 90% or better. Its obvious who is getting games made for them. Not your kids."

Ok... so 6 of 10 weren't mature... but that's where the good...

Cool. Thanks, man. I wanted to order a couple at Amazon (especially Tekkonkinreet) but this is cheaper. :)

Ha. Well, I've given up on making sense of disagrees.

It's like when my sister was little and the parents would ask her if she did something. She'd say "yes" but really she meant, "Yes, I didn't". There are thousands of posts here that are impossible to disagree with without adding some mental correction like "My PS3 crashed" Disagree! (Cause mine didn't)...

I'm sure that's what such people are thinking, but it comes off as written Tour...

Saying parents should not only raise their own children well, but take responsibility for each other's children.

Did you read the original article?

I'm not sure how you'd say he didn't sound caring. Second, as I stated, videogames weren't even on his list of large problems. He put the blame squarely on the parents, social figure and institutions that you mention. I'm not sure how you could miss that if you actually read the original source. The video game and music part was just something that a couple of bloggers latched onto.

No, no you don't. That's like saying that if I'm a...
