They only have the best exclusives if you appreciate solid game design, unique concepts, great art direction, and a focus on value and consumer benefit.
Otherwise what's the point if your games don't look realistic or aren't filled with guns.
One of the alluring aspects for me about PC's is the ability to stream. You already have a $800 PC for gaming, why not spend some more and be able to stream games and potentially make money off of it?. Toys and collectibles have the biggest chance to becoming hot items. Every year there's a few items every kid wants, as kids begin play game consoles and handhelds (usually Nintendo ones) those toys and collectibles become more desirable. You get Pokemon X or Y then go out and buy the Pikachu toy that gives you a special item and game skin when you use your newly acquired Pikachu.

Personally the gamepad has added much more time to my WiiU usage. Many hours spent playing Shovel Knight, Mario Kart, and Deus Ex while the TV's been in use by my famiy. Actually I prefer to play many of my games just on the gamepad. I like having the TV on and games like Pikmin 3 and Deus Ex are easier to follow and even play better on a screen with touch controls. Incidentally the gamepad has a higher resolution than our TV (it's only 480p) so I can see more of the details.

These kickstarters are tough because since you limit your platforms only those platforms have interest funding it. And of course they can't expect to try to add my console, WiiU, onto it because coding a game for maybe a few dozen supporters isn't feasible. I like how it's "GTA" because it's Open World with a City based on Los Angeles. I guess there are cars, and maybe you can drive them, but you won't be able to hurt anyone. I think that's it.

I don't see how this game won't be good. Unless they're completely oblivious to criticism they should fix all the gameplay issues. My favorite part is still the 1 on 1 monster fights.

Everyone is recuperating from last-gen. 3rd parties are still creating versions for 360 and PS3, Nintendo had to learn how to make HD games, several big titles came out at the start of PS4 and X1, but they weren't too groundbreaking (remember last-gen had Oblivion by now). Well in Chronicles you could talk to people, and certain people would come out during specific times. You couldn't walk into buildings, probably due to hardware/time limitations. Am I the only one pyched for the MK8 DLC? I'm paying 66 cents map for the some of the best maps Ive seen put in DLC, to say they're "unsurprising" seems like an understatement. Who would've thought they'd charge so little for so much. They could've sold them at $15 per set, but instead it's $6 each if you buy 2. I've put in over a thousand races into the game already, another 500 hundred for each pack will be underway.

I find that hard to believe. I mean you did buy a Nintendo console, all their franchise have or are getting a game by next year. The exclusives are the highest rated so far. The inherent value is quite high, then again I see things differently as a long time fan.
