Or at least, one of them. When I checked it had less than $90 to go, I made my pledge of 15 dollars and went straight back to the front page where it was now at $100 006.
Congratulations to all Wii U owners who helped make this happen, pat yourself on the back.
Yay, I got to be the one pushing it above 100k!
Just as with any console ever. Some insider information... It'll likely be primarily down to CPU improvemts akin to what Microsoft is doing to the Xbox.
Currently, TV broadcasts are in 720p, and streaming services like Netflix are very compressed. We're not even fully utilising our 1080p TVs, so I don't see the point of 4K Tvs for another five years or so. I do understand how 4K monitors can be helpful for image and video editing though.
Good, thanks.
It's the bastard child of Cortana and The Arbiter. Has to be.
I hope this is true, I'll preorder an Xbone if it is. The system isn't out in my country yet. Kinda wish Reach would be included though...
Does the XO have USB 2 or 3?
Her skirt looks very detailed and realistic.
Pink Gold, even.
Sweet, Far Cry 3 was great fun!
The AI may be clever, but what I've played of Freedom Unite 2 and MH3U hasn't impressed. The gameplay feels clunky and very dated and the world is split into too many areas.
I suppose it's just not for me.
I wouldn't mind a drop to 900p if it meant a higher framerate. Still looks great and significantly better than 720p. Sure, it's not enough to go from 30 to 60FPS, but if it's already an unlocked framerate it could be helpful when driving or in shootouts.
I think a stable 30FPS with good AA @1080p could be the best though.
For a someone who's supposedly been working with the industry for a long time, that's a very poor choice of words. Basically clickbait.
It's not about holding anyone to a lower standard, it's about differentiating genres.
But, super-computers aren't used for gaming...
I don't have think of it as that old either, but it's been over a decade. And these remakes are so well done it's basically like whole new games. I hope they'll have 3D outside of battles, that's where it's actually interesting in my opinion, looking down on the beautiful world. And I hope they drop the third-person camera seen in parts of X/Y.
Oh, that's true. Had forgotten about that. That's another good use. I can imagine there's plenty of good ways to use it outside of rendering come to think of it. It's just unfortunate that Microsoft keeps marketing it as a graphics-enhancer.
I look forward to the Xbox One is out in my country as well, hopefully E3 will sell me on it. (Halo collection please)
I think cloud computing can be helpful for online multiplayer, like Titanfall uses it. But that's about it.
GoW is most at home on a TV IMO.
Screen tearing should be left behind in the seventh generation, I wish Sony and Microsoft would force v-sync with triple buffering in their drivers to keep developers in line.
