Yeah GTAV is being made for current gen consoles, I highly doubt there will be a PS4 and new Xbox version considering the development costs involved in making that and there being no real userbase for it.

We do well with downtime on PSN tbh, pretty much every MMO has scheduled WEEKLY server maintenance and PSN sees more traffic than most of those.
I'd hate to see the reaction of some folk on here if they had to put up with that 'inconvenience' lol.
Server maintenance is necessary and won't be going away, regardless of the network.
I dunno about respect, I neither love or hate NT but I am a DMC fan since the first one was released and have been enjoying the new game.
I couldn't really care less about the developer, how people feel about them etc. just as long as I have fun with whatever game I've chosen to play that is enough for me.
Only issue I've ever had was when my 60GB original model died, not because of YLOD but because the BR Drive died.

The wifi compatibility in the PS3 has remained the same, it hasn't been reduced to 802.11b in any of the hardware revisions and therefore not a downgrade.
I agree that upgrading either of the revisions to 802.11n compatibility would have been great but have to disagree with your comment there because it's factually incorrect.
I reckon it'll be a PC just branded as "Steam Box" or whatever the name ends up being.
They'll maybe partner with one or various OEM's to build them to certain specs but at it's core it'll just be a PC that runs Steam with whatever OS (possibly Windows along with Linux versions) so it can double up as like a HTPC.
It'll be interesting to see how it goes.
Not sure I would get a Steam Box, simply because I already own a pretty powerful gaming PC that I run Steam on already.
If anyone was thinking of one because they want to use Steam on their big TV and not build a big gaming rig then I'd say got for it as Steam is a fantastic platform.
I've really no idea what you're complaining about tbh, maybe it's how you've written it as I'm not sure what you mean by locked features like remote for PS3 and pc etc.
As for one account per Vita, not sure why that's a big deal unless you're wanting to be buying content from other regions which is a slight annoyance.
Personally my Vita does everything I want it to which is letting me play Vita games.
The only reason I pay for XBL Gold is so I can access Sky Player using my parent's Sky account details since they don't register any devices for Sky Go which means I don't need to shell out money for Sky Sports :)
If this was not possible I simply would not pay for Gold.

For those that didn't bother to read it the article is basically reporting on the points of view of he guy who arranged for gamers to have that ceasefire on Friday and that of that guy that changed his name to Tri-Force who disagreed and had his own event on the same day streaming games.

The line they beat out is 'Sports Entertainment' which is fitting due to it being fictional entertainment by way of characters and story arcs but also the sport of wrestling as a platform.
Also, people who do watch it (not me, not in quite some time at least) still do so for the soap opera.
I'm a big DMC fan, the original is one of my favourite games of all time if I'm honest and whilst I am disappointed the reboot seems to stray from that part of the series quite a bit I am still very interested to see what it's like, I actually enjoyed the demo and will be giving the game a go.

Processing power won't be an issue in terms of CPU and GPU I suspect. As long as both add plenty of memory for developers to work with that's the main big thing right there.
Both these machines will be powerful and run some really nice graphics and games, for me it's going to come down to who gives me more exclusive games I'm interested in.
