It looks to be at the same time as the last one but the thing is that this time I might not be able to log on (was on for the last one) because the site I have the game ordered from is known for having games with you like 2 days before release so I'll have a copy of the game in my PS3 lol.

When we see this game running on the 360 and not a beefed up PC for the purposes of a trailer, a trailer whose main purpose is to make the game look as good as possible to generate interest/hype - KZ2 target render anyone? When we see how it runs on the 360 then people can make such claims and comparisons.

Really fun game and beautiful looking also.
Only had 2 problems with it.
1. Short game, very fun but short. I can forgive them for that though.
2. Loading times bothered me. HS is the only game I've played this gen whose load times bothered me. Even when you die and go back to the last checkpoint or w/e it takes a fair while to load up. Yeah I can see there being a place for both given that I much prefer a Blu-Ray movie over a download or even a DVD. But within the article it didn't indicate whether or not the sound quality was any better than .mp3 or even the existing CD format.
If it's of a noticably better quality than those formats to the same extent Blu-Ray is noticably better than DVD then I could understadn it perfectly well.

What is the point of this media?
What I get from it is that it's made from the same material as blu-ray discs which should mean it's not easily scratched. Also they mention accurate reading of the data, not sure if that implies better sound quality/data streaming or whatever.
I just have to question the wisdom and/or purpose of this new media considering how huge digital music has become with the likes of iTunes out there and more recently Amazon with their own ....
I have no doubt that the PSP2 when released will feature an OLED screen, wuite possibly incorporating a touch screen interface also.
The reason for this is that if you look at their new X series walkman coming out this spring/summer which was announced at this year's CES it features a 3 inch OLED touch screen.
There's no way Sony won't incorporate that tech into their next PSP imo.

I can't hack my PSP because there isn't yet a hack for it, my sole reason for wanting to do so is to have more functionality for music playback. As it is now I cannot create playlists on the go or even use a shuffle feature. A homebrew app can do that (I've looked into it previously). I'm not interested in hacking it to pirate games, just for some functionality that doesn't exist which imo should have been standard via a FW update.

Add in the 3 you've mentioned and those are the 4 games I'm really stoked for however in no particular order.
The very existence of Killzone 2 has proved both Sony and fanboys correct already in that it is the best looking console game on the market to date, not to mention the most technically advanced.
This is set to be improved upon, apaprently, with UC2 and GOW3 and who knows what else.

The difference is when your job gave you too much in your wages you still had a job and had some guaranteed income the next week/month or w/e.
These people were laid off and are probably out of work and it's even more of a kick in the teeth/balls to them.
Should have just sucked it up and took the loss instead of further adding to the horrible public perception of their company.
This game sounds like it could be a lot of fun and pretty cool in general. Everything I've seen/read on this one is promising.
