Screw that I still have my PC copy of the original!
When R2 was released we wre on FW version 2.52
Then on Jan 21st v2.60 was released in January then 2 days later you have Brian Inithar from Insomniac reveal that they now have the FW update to add dual PSN login.
Coincidence? I think not.
Here's the link to the PS blog article where he mentiones it btw, for those non believers.

But I'm radign it as you maybe missed the point of 2nd player PSN login.
Basically it means you can have 2 people logged into their PSN account at the same time on the PS3, play Co-Op split screen and both of your online profiles will gain xp on your class and contribute towards any of your own stats for trophies and any other form of progression.
I actually prefer the controls in R2 a lot more than in R1. I even chose the control scheme in KZ2 that was closest to R2.
The patch might interest me in playing the game again.
Ok that video looks amazing, I was considering getting NG2 after I play Ninja Blade (I'm only a 360 owner as of 2 months ago) but I'm just gonna wait for the PS3 version.
So many great looking games coming out this year.
If Sony implement those kind of features that LIVE has, how can anyone justify the charge for XBL?
I realise people like the LIVE service and that is fine but all it really is; is online gaming and some friend oriented features. If someone else is giving you the same thing (or extremely close to it) for free then how can anyone justify a charge for it?
I think Germany is bigger on the PC gaming scene than it is foe consoles tbh, the temporary price cut is maybe just an attempt to try and stimulate sales over a holiday period which isn't a bad thing to do as a company.
Firefox FTW
Don't worry mate, I had no idea GoW was so epic either until I played the PSP game which I got bundled with my PSP.
That game made me go searching for the PS2 games so I bought those and dusted off my old PS2.
I HIGHLY recommend playing through the 2 PS2 games and the PSP game before this one comes out.
The games are amazing.
Bubbles for making me laugh.
I can just imagine redtube having a section for Kratos lmao
Honestly I'm looking forward to inFAMOUS a lot more but Prototype has interested me since it was first announced and I will probab;y check it out. If there is a demo for the game it'll probably go some way to making up my mind whether or not ot buy it.
Bah who am I kidding I'll most likely buy Prototype too lol.
That could be pretty interesting actually.
I've always found the various mythologies fascinating which is probably why GoW is my favourite franchise of all time. They blend Greek Mythology with a fantastic story and amazing gameplay.
If they can accomplish that with the mythology of different countries or cultures like that it would be amazing provided they can keep the gameplay fresh and fun and basically kick ass just like the GoW franchise.
As long as they can keep the franchise fresh and fun I have no problem with more releases.
Every time this guy opens his mouth he just makes hismelf and MS look much worse.
The 360 is performing very well, you deserve congratulations for this and of course should be proud. Well done.
With that said, how about just luading your own achievements and focus on your own business. Why is there the need to continually slander Sony, a company whose "hemorrhaging" business has outperformed that of the 360 at the same point in it's life cycle?
...
The only country in the world. Apparently.
That was a fairly well written arguments, the points were well thought out and presented as such.
On the point of game installs, they don't bother me that much but it's obvious games can run virtually flawlessly without them. I'm thinking it's maybe the game engines the devs are using, they aren't optimized for the PS3's architecture so an install makes it easier.
Then again Street Fighter 4 has an optional install and is a multi-platform engine so it is definitely p...
Props to the guys at this animation studio. They really did an amazing job with the intro and that was an interesting article.
I watch the full intro the majority of the time I load up the game, it's just cool to watch through.
I read the title and I think to myself "well duh" lol
Even the staunchest MS fanboy surely can't believe they are reasonably priced. I don't know how MS can even justify it unless production costs are retardedly high for some weird reason.
ToD is a great game, just a hell of a lot of fun.
QoB is a good game top but it is short but if you're a fan of R&C you'll enjoy it.
Also I think QoB is $9.99 atm on the US store and I think that price is well worth it for the 3-5 hours of gaming that you can enjoy over and over if you like.
