Troy and Abed in the moooorning :)
On topic
Uh... I got nuthin'
will make you jump... jump...
Believe that
I've said it before, Demon's Souls is the game that made me keep Uncharted 2 in the wrapper for weeks even though I bought U2 day one.
DS was too much fun to stop playing. And Uncharted is my favorite new IP this generation.
Dark Souls is good, but it wouldn't stop me from playing Uncharted 2 for a few weeks.
I'll miss it DS :(
Had to add... Was anyone else afraid to play this game at first?
Th...
Same here.
I actually jumped back into FFXI a few months ago, and was thinking about jumping into EQ after reading all of the changes.
Crappy corpse runs are gone.
Even fans on the newer servers that are dedicated to starting from the first game and slowly unlocking the expansion packs that have long since been released, have voted against adding corpse runs back in.
Definitely the game I want the most right now.
The game looks crazy.
I'd gladly buy a Vita for a PS1 or SuperNES style Final Fantasy. Meaning it doesn't have to have the greatest graphics, just a great story, cast, and soundtrack, a world map for exploration, and populated towns. Gameplay could be old school turn-based, I don't care.
FF: Crisis Core on PSP was the best FF that I played since FF X.
For GTA, I actually like the less realistic approach. And I think that style may translate better to a handheld now.
Yes, indeed!
That's just his style...
Man, I miss the old schoolers from the blu-ray vs hd dvd and the 360 vs PS3 wars.
And Open zone was crazy fun too. Newer cats don't know what they are missing.
Arguments and drama 24-7. Now most people are respectable and civil. Ah, well... :)
Seriously. If you ever bought a console at launch, you should expect that there will be a gap until the next set of games come. That's nothing new.
And as for some of the games being clones of their ps3 big brother, look at the gow PSP games. Amazing games and story in their own right; the last one I actually liked better than gowIII.
On all Ninty consoles, the best games seem to be Ninty first party titles starring the same old characters with just a...
FFVIII got trashed because of the Draw system and the love story, but it's still my second favorite.
FFVI is my favorite though. The cast, story, music (Floating Continent!), the 20 minute ending, and my man Kefka... awww, yeah :)
Didn't they do that in Smash TV?
Tekken Tag and Tekken 2 are my favs for the series, so can't wait for this game
Playing BG right now
Baldur's Gate Trilogy mod :)
Picked up BG 1 & 2 from gog.com really cheap a while back.
After that, been meaning to try Planetscape: Torment, Icewing Dale series, Fallout 1 & 2. I just can't find the time though
Sadness :(
Huh?
It's the concerned fans called "haters" here that probably pressured NT into changing the game up to at least resemble a proper DMC game.
I'm all for gamers voicing displeasure constructively and not letting themselves be force-fed crap and told to like it.
I'm glad Cole got changed back. I'm glad ME3 gets an extended ending. And I'm glad the gameplay looks to have changed to apparently play like the DMC ga...
Leon AND Chris in the same game?! :0
Leon's the man. His games are my favorite in the series (and code Veronica)
Looks like I'll be getting this.
MGS and RE games are my weakness
indeed, sniper ought to sue for gimmick infringement.
Tell me LX's post doesn't sound like a Darksniper playstation post :)
I played Monopoly on iphone and that junk was cheating like crazy on level 3 difficulty
the AI players were giving each other full communities like Boardwalk and Parkplace and making ridiculous trades just to knock me out, while I couldn't even pass Go. LOL
Higher difficulty should mean smarter trades and strategy; not tractor beam dice rolls to "Go to Jail" or Boardwalk with hotels
I don't mind higher health and accuracy ...
Thought I was the only person to think Demon's Souls is the better game.
Man I hope there is a sequel to both games
Some NeoGAF posters are on a whole other level.
Don't be too quick to dismiss.
Angry Joe reviews are hilarious and informative.
My favorite reviews lately have been Classic Game Room.
I trust both these guys' reviews before the big sites that seem to have lost touch and at times have alterior motives in their articles / reviews.
