I would welcome it. A Vita version might breathe new life into the series. U:GA was a breathe of fresh air for that franchise imo. It offered new ways to play and the sniping is awesome when you get it down.
Games like Journey, From Dust, Limbo, etc are games I would want to download on the Vita. If Sony found a way to make all psn games as well as future releases playable on the vita that would be huge. Games like that I would rather play on the go more often than not.
No, they're terrible numbers. It's doomed I tell you! /s
Good start! My son is having a blast on his, he really loves it.
@MmaFan-Qc, all I know is, it earned me some pretty big brownie points lol. Also it's a damn good way to make sure homework gets done lol.
With libraries of hundreds of games on each console I'd say it's worth it if you haven't bought one yet. Especially now, you would be able to buy MANY quality games at bargain bin prices.
@slavish, the whole point is for buyers who have both 360 and PS3 to find out which system they would rather purchase it on. Not everyone has a pc that can run games. Even if we did do a pc comparison, the range of specs from one pc to another is so broad that it would be useless.
@waynekerr below, when the 360 can make a better looking game than KZ3 or Uncharted 3 you'll have a valid point, until then you're full of it.
Great....now we even have 1st party studio fanboys...When will you people stop, smh.
If you haven't heard of him then you clearly are not a basketball fan. It's all they have been talking about the past couple weeks.
I realize this game is for kids, but it doesn't even look like you can die in the game. Where is the challenge in that?
I don't know why you got disagrees, well actually I do but you know what I mean. This is why Sony split it's divisions, so if the tv sector fails (which it is) it won't drag the gaming sector with it. Right now the gaming sector is the only one making money. Sure the Bravias are good TVs, but so are the other brands that are hundreds cheaper. And cameras? Who really carries dedicated cameras around anymore, everyone I know uses their phones for pictures. And for high end came...
This is one of my best psn purchases. The game itself isn't the best, but when you're playing with a friend/family member and doing video chat it's really fun.
Only truly "limited" edition I've ever seen was the Uncharted 2 Fortune Hunters edition. Most others are just marketing ploys.
@ fluffy, if you didn't know already, this is an anti-American (actually, anti-US) site. I thought the American education system was bad, but for some reason the rest of the world thinks that America = US, when America is consisted of NA, CA and SA.
Also, behind the US, the UK is the strongest MS supporter but because they're part of the EU it's ok.
The Vita is already losing money on every unit sold, why would they lower the price before they make any profit? Just to lose more money? That's insane. It's not a competition who can sell more units, rather who can make more profit. If it wasn't for the memory cards, Sony wouldn't be making any money on the Vita at all.
Lol yes you will. They'll put in a beta for BFBC3 and you will buy it.
Unless I missed the "Dear lugia 4000" at the start of the article, I don't think it was meant just for you. Believe it or not, a lot of people don't think of turning down the brightness on their phones to save battery life.
Your #4 theory sucks. Ever heard of iphone 4/4s? They even embraced the #4 so much they used it twice.
REALLY?!? No one says that about COD? You're nuts, and apparently were on a vacation or had no internet access for the few months before the release of MW3. You just chose the worst example possible lol.
All he's saying is that the Vita could use more apps. Stop being so defensive. With a device like the Vita that clearly has a lot of horsepower under the hood, it would be criminal not to give owners an app store with all kind of useful apps like a calculator, notepad, calender, pandora, iheart radio, news apps, etc. Sony should have indy devs go to work on apps as well as games imo.
Maybe the Vita already has some of these, I don't know. I bought my son one, so...
Kinda of pathetic that it seems he hasn't even played his own game. What was all this extra time they had from the original release date till Feb 14th used for?
Don't forget to include an extra 30 minutes of the movie you'll have to pay extra to see.
