I hope Microsoft is watching this if they are considering an always online console. They would be in for a world of hurt if you couldn't even turn your console on because of Xbox live server issues.
Well said. They have to realize that what got them to this point is the core gamer. All of the other stuff (Netflix) is just the icing on the cake.

I expect this sort of drivel from an investor, considering they are the ones that helped ruin our economy. How can you say that Sony will take away marketshare from Xbox when you don't even know half the equation with no Xbox info.

Going off this, Microsoft doubled the RAM in the 360 because of Epic and what Gears would have looked like with 512mb. This is when they were finalizing the hardware.

There was also the rumor that developers were saying the Xbox was like 2 PC's taped together. Does that mean 2 GPU's alternating the workload? If this was the case it would be a beast.

@zebramocha These rumors are based off of leaks from a year ago. I am sure the specs have changed since then. The PS4 rumors leaked much closer to when the system was unveiled.
Microsoft built the Xbox brand on core gamers. I doubt that they will let that branding slip away.
